The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (even the odd joke at no extra charge). I'm not very DIY savvy, but Morrells staff have advised me on virtually all of the c.20 projects I've done and their advice has been spot on, delivered in a clear and non-patronising manner, saving me several hundred pounds.”
