“I've been coming to this cafe with my family for at least 10 years. It's highly accessible via lifts for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs, I've never had an issue getting a table and the staff are friendly. After so many years coming they know us by sight! The food is simple, with lots of filling options for sandwiches/baguettes or other choices. Veggie options as well. The coffee is especially good, always piping hot. Can't fault it as a straightforward and inexpensive cafe that's that feels a little above the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall due to its elevated position.”

“The first time I came here, I was not impressed by the coffee and the counter contents never looked very appealing, so I never ate here. However, recently I ran into a friend who was eating a Salt Beef sandwich. I decided to try it and I was amazed at how good it was. I usually have to go to Selfridges to get a decent Salt Beef sandwich. This was great value and came with a side salad and a drink for £6!! The photo does not do it justice, as it does not show the filling. The coffee has also improved and comes with a little biscuit, which I always think is a nice touch. I did have to wait more than 20 mins but it was worth it.”

“I didn't know quite what to expect when I went there for a Red Letter Day 3 course meal with free flowing prosecco. I certainly was not disappointed! From the moment we entered, the staff were exceptional. They were all incredibly polite and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the portions were decent. As for the free-flowing prosecco, I honestly thought that there would be a catch, but they were incredibly generous with it! The restaurant was lovely inside, and once it filled up with some customers, there was a great atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and Amandeep in particular was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend a visit!”

“I shop here semi frequently, most recently a few days ago. I know the store pretty well and not much surprises me but I met the most helpful staff member, Valentino was outstanding! He went above and beyond, assisting me at self checkout and showing tremendous patience even when I left my items to go get something else that I'd forgotten to add. Came up with a brilliant solution to a trolley problem I was having and overall took great care of me as a customer. Tesco should be proud to have Valentino he's a real asset to this organisation whether it's recognised or not.”

“Cirque is always a good time. They do free tattoos on Wednesdays, and they’ve got Dance Dance Revolution and a mechanical bull (what?!), which is all free to use—makes for a fun (and sometimes chaotic) night. The music is solid, the crowd is always lively, and there’s plenty to keep you entertained even if you’re not big on dancing. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re up for something different.”

“I think I went to a different terrace restaurant in the Zoo than the other reviewers. Our meals were fantastic, the staff were incredible and had a real energy. My vegetarian pizza and salad was top notch and the vegan in our group was able to cobble a meal together. The best bit is you have views out to the zoo.”

“Cheap & cheerful are the exact words to describe this place! It was by far the cheapest option for a hotel in central London which I needed for a 1 night stay, and it served its purpose! Do not expect this to be the fanciest hotel you’ve been to, because it isn’t it - but it definitely is value for money because I couldn’t find anything like it in a 3 mile radius! Absolutely perfect for my needs with a private bedroom and private bathroom - most hostels charge this kind of price for the luxury of an 18 bed dorm ha! Book this if you’re just looking to get your head down for the night - it is absolutely perfect for that purpose. Do not be put off by the reviews.”

“We Ordered 3 katsu curry's and 2 sushi platters. There was a slight issue during transit that the restaurant manager was expressly quick to rectify and personally redelivered the items to my front door. Outstanding customer service and he was most humble and extremely knowledgeable on the various types of fish used in the sushi. Thank you for your awesome customer care . This was my first time to order and I am not put off by the slight transit issue and I will order again.”
