“Best place to get ear's pierced. My 6 months baby had her's done with no problem at all. They adviced me to apply a numbing cream on the ear lobes before the appointment. My baby didn't make a sound at all. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, highly recommed it.”

“Always an amazing experience! My go to place for a Thai aromatherapy message and I normally come with my hubby and we do 1.5hrs. Yai and Nicky are both incredible and this experience was no different. I currently have a hamstring injury that Yai really spent time working on but still managed to give a thorough full body experience and managed to work out a lot of the knots. My husband said the same. Both are incredible at massages and we left feeling like new people! The beds are also heated as is the oil which is so nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean and the exterior noise so minimal and there is relaxing music playing. All the staff at Serena Beauty and Spa are always welcoming and friendly and they are always consistently great in their services. Highly recommend A****** experience. Thank you!”

“Had a fantastic pedicure here in pink of London. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down, I had a hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles which was lovely. The salon is spotless and staff are all so welcoming. I then came in to get my daughters hair braided by Sophia she made my daughter feel like a princess and she wants to return every weekend! “Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at Hilton Syon Park. The service was excellent throughout, the staff were really attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. I stayed for my anniversary and been with friends few times I enjoyed an amazing dinner there, and I also booked a massage during my spa weekend, which was absolutely wonderful and worth every moment. Overall, it was a perfect spa getaway. Highly recommend!”

“Stayed here on business and I noticed straight away was the staff were so attentive and very welcoming. Really nice after a long day travelling! Very relaxing bar area lined in tall glass windows with a very creative bookcase. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant did look good. My room was lovely and comfortable. Clean for sure with a bath and shower which was welcome. Definitely somewhere I would stay again not just for the hotel but also the convenience of being able to walk and eat at very close by places.”
