From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. “I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

I had my third session of laser hair removal with Jayda who was excellent. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Joe and the other male staff with dark hair ordered a tyre replacement for me and it arrived on the same day afternoon. They even fitted a slot in for me at 4pm at short notice today. The male who fitted the tyre was also very friendly.It took 30minutes, very speedy!. Over all a friendly and pro bunch.Thank you! I would return for future car issues. The wine selection is great and although I source my wine in France I always grab a few Australian bottles on offer when I'm there which are always a winner with friends who try them The staff are always knowledgeable on wine and beer so make sure to ask!”

The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

“Amazing pub with friendly staff and the food is really tasty. The first time I came they even allowed me to have the kids roast as I wasn’t too hungry and it was lovely. Tried their mini plates today with chicken wings, kofta and mac and cheese croquettes which were great and also tried their bacon chop with the fantastic pepper sauce. The kids craft table on Sundays is fantastic and the reason we came back two Sundays in a row. Our daughter loves it there and the staff was great at letting the kids be creative and have fun. This is the reason why we will keep coming back on Sundays if they keep up the Kids Craft Table.”
