“We visited The Clock House in May. Having never been whilst it was Drakes we were excited to see if it lived up to it's previous reputation. I can safely say it did - and we had a brilliant experience. It's a close shave between this restaurant and Stovells in Chobham for the title of most special restaurant we've visited in Surrey. Clock House may just take it - as not only is the food first class, so is the atmosphere, dining room and service. Looking forward to the next special occasion which might warrant a return here. Let's hope they achieve a Michelin star too - they deserve it.”

“This is a great little place - if you’re looking for somewhere to eat before a show (we were), it’s handily close to the theatre and thoroughly good. We were running late and the guys delivered an excellent meal very quickly. Sea bass fillets; stuffed peppers -both were delicious. Good value, great service, what’s not to like? Nice atmosphere as well - lively but not too loud.”

“Fist time using Happy Nails so called in the morning and the lady on the phone said it was better tobook so made my appointment for the afternoon. I found the salon clean, tidy and the staff very nice and polite. I had gel nails with French tips as wanted something more natural looking. I had my nails done my a young man called Lee. He was very polite and attentive as I was slightly unsure as I have only ever had my nails done twice! My nails have come out exactly as was looking for. Thank you Happy Nails and especially Lee.”

“Great set of guys and gals that work here always and I mean always mean friendly and very very helpful have been using them for years to give equipment. You might get the odd one or two items faulty but they always sort you you out by knocking off a bit for you mostly great hire equipment though wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“We had a clanking noise on our car that we'd not been able to determine where it was coming from. I was out of town and so had taken it into one of the chains that do tyres and exhausts and they couldn't figure it out. I called D A Whiteley when I got back to see if they could help and Doug was able to fit me in that same day. Within 15 minutes of dropping the car he'd found the issue (coil springs), sourced the part which was delivered the next day and then called to say it was ready to pick up before noon. An incredible service from start to finish.”

With no experience of jewelery they helped me find what I want, they have a finishing shop in the back, and the final product looks fantastic. “Following a phone call to Richard a week or 2 a go.. i sent my Tissot T-Touch back to Tissot to change the battery, and got an email from Tissot wanting over £350 as they cant just change the battery without a full service.???. No Ta.. send it back to me with out any work or charges made - robbing bleeders.. Well it went to Boormans this morning for a try to save the day, and with a wave of the masters magic wand with in 5 minutes a new battery installed and all in working order. I only gave them 5 stars as 10 was not available.. Faultless service from start to finish.. many thanks for the top notch work. Martin Smith.”
