Katie at K9 has been an absolute star, especially since Dylan has been in poor health over recent months. I feel like he is with someone who genuinely cares about him and Katie's flexibility in looking after him has meant I can go to work reassured that he is being looked after properly- a real weight off my mind. “Had a nice, straight -forward stay here. The hotel is within a good distance to the station so that was handy for travel. It's one of the more reasonable offerings in the area but still to a good standard. The gentleman running the hotel is friendly and helpful and doing a great job. Everything is very clean and to be honest more so then many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are a good size and had everything I needed for a days stay. I appreciate the microwave, you often don't get one but it's very handy for snacks after travelling.”

Let’s fly travel came to me as an blessing ! 2020 being sucha stressfull year I was very spectacular about whether I should book an holiday to Egypt for December 2020 or not , and how the holiday would turn out to be. I loved my stay so much and monju was always in contact with me 24/7 answering any queries I had even advising me the money exchange rates, shopping malls I can visit and where to book excursions and what to expect on them with the best prices !! One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent ! His services and duties he has carried out and fulfilled exceed his role as an travel agent. He ensures that he exceeds customer satisfaction and looks after his customers all the way from acquiring an quote, booking everything , making sure ur okay on holiday and follow up contact when your back.
