“Our dog stayed here for the first time this summer having never stayed in a kennels before she went in a little nervous but on picking her up you could see she was very comfortable with the staff and her surroundings. The staff were great they all knew her characteristics and behaviours and described her to a tee. They are all very caring and I can tell she's had plenty of regular exercise whilst away and has been very well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate rebooking her here again. “I used to go to Century when it was under its old management. It's still a great place and the food has had its moments but I really do feel that now it's found its balance and the food is really good! Don't change anything food wise! You guys nailed it. It's definitely a great place to take the family and a nice venue to watch cricket too! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! If your not sure, please just give it a go at least. It's normally not too busy and a great place to chill and have a few beers. The mixed grill is a great place to start!”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”
