The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok. Recently, the doctor's surgery totally messed up over two consecutive days with two urgent medication prescriptions from the Palliative Care Team. The consultation appointment was quick and was able to get all 4x vaccines recommended during the appointment. I was offered super helpful advice on recommended vaccines, without being pushed into committing to anything unnecessary.
