The leg massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed — I felt so refreshed afterward. A special thank you to Pabhitra, who provided the service. She was very kind, patient, and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. “Fantastic authentic pizza! Called an order in for a pepperoni and a margherita pizza on my way home from work. Ready hot out of the oven in 10 minutes, and it was delicious! Great neapolitan style pizzas made how they should be. Very friendly in the shop and can't wait to try their pastas and other bits, highly recommend!”

“We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“Lovely place, the staff were very friendly, I even played a game of cats cradle with one, to show the younger ones the games we used to play as children rather than being on the phone. I bought a lovely ring from here and they bought out another ring that they thought I might like as well. Very lovely shop and staff.”

I also like their pastries and paninis — fresh, warm, and tasty without being too expensive. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Some locations can get crowded, especially around lunchtime, but there’s usually space if you're patient. Overall: A great spot to relax with a well-made coffee and a bite to eat. “We had the best Nandos we’ve ever had here, we’re from up north and have traveled quite a lot so we’ve been to many Nando’s!. It was so hot I had to blow my food before eating! Really impressed and made our weekend. We did have to que to get in as there’s not a lot of space.”

“BEST AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD IN GRAYS!!! Since we found out about China Phoenix, we cannot order anywhere else. First of all, we wanted to try them because of their beef Ho Fun which nowhere else sell it and it is amazing. You can tell they make their food with love and dedication as it is always fresh, flavourful, hot and very packed. The boy on the phone is always very polite, helpful and friendly. No other Chinese food delivery tastes like this. Super recommended and our go to are the beef ho fun, nasi goreng, Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken, sesame prawn toast, beef in black bean sauce and special chow mein. Defoo worth a try!!”
