“I don't usually do reviews but felt this place deserves one! It was my first time here after leaving my old dentist. On arrival the receptionist Michailia was very smiley, happy and helpful. My dentists appointment was with Dr Priyanka , she was great! she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything very attentive and assuring (i've had previous experience with terrible dentist making you never want to go back) so happy ive found this place :) After the dentist i had to see the hygienist's Teuta, she was great too! nice, friendly not judgy (like past hygienists ive seen) she was not too rough always checking i was ok. Overall was a great experience, if you're in need of a new dentists this is the place!”

“We have used Mel & Kim for boading our sweet boy for years and would not trust anyone else. They're a fantastic couple who I constantly recommend to people. He is walked lots, played with and cuddled, just like being at home. We get constant contact and pictures, which we love. Our boy is well looked after and is always happy when picked up. He absolutely loves them to bits”

This garage is 110% in every way, total professionalism, in all my years I've never had a experience like it, I come over this garage when I was goggling some1 who could do a range rover chain replacement, well.i made the call and it was answered by Patya, a very knowledgeable lady, immediately I felt comfortable, why? Instincts, the car was booked immediately, i was told it will be two week maximum, I personally delivered the car even though it was 2 hrs away two weeks after im so happy I did , I run a small car sales of 28 cars and ive never ever seen such professionalism, calling the mechanics is a insult' these guy are top notch engineers and what they dont know is not worth knowing, i seen these people working in an Immaculate garage / Immaculate working clothes, How can these people not get oily? Cause has i said they are true engineers where the job is done in such a systematic way , all I can say if you have a bmw Mercedes landrover etc please do not go anywhere else unless you know the garage anyway, but if you looking to get your car repaired please please please call Patya.... from now on all my hight performance Mercedes bmw range rover etc are going here 100% A special shout out for the engineers who sorted me car.. .... an absolute perfectionist Also a big thank you to Patya's husband Also Any car traders who are reading this your sale cars will.never come back after these guy have repaired it .........”

“I moved over to Diamond Dental recently, having limited experience with dentists over the years, I didn't know what to expect. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!”

Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. Sorry they moved from grays to South Ockendon as they were only a 10 minute walk from where I live. If what you want isn't in stock they will order it for you. A friend of mine had a new hob supplied and fitted, and highly recommends them”
