I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. “Have used Canine to five several times now for my 2 cats whenever we go away. Ashleigh is brilliant with animals, will send me regular updates and photos whilst I'm away and is super reliable. They're so much happier at home than in a cattery, the service is excellent value for money and it's so easy to book the home visits, this really is a great company to use.”

“Only went in to compare to AO as I saw Appliance point had opened up on the high street. Ended up getting superior washing machine and dryer (including installation) for less after discussing with the gents at the shop what I am after. The service was top notch during the buying process but what was really impressive was the exceptional aftercare. One of the machines had a slight issue with the display (as sometimes can happen), I reported it to Appliance Point who said they will take care of it. Within no time at all they rang to say an engineer from the manufacturer is on the way to repair the fault. After that I received check in calls to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else that they can do which was a really nice touch. 100% recommend!”

What a wonderful experience, highly recommend Candice, her expertise and knowledge of body problems that she found during the session was overwhelming. Every knot removed from the base of my feet, this will be my regular go to, a lovely set up within the back route of greensted road, Ongar. The rooms are set up to make you so at home, with mellow lighting and tranquil music making you so relaxed. You arrive as a customer and leave as a friend, the Staff are amazing. This is a must for everyone to experience, pamper yourselves, it is well worth a visit to Angel Wellness Retreat.”
