“I had a good experience buying my bedroom furniture with the help of Ghalib Rahman (Iby). From the first meeting during the measure-up, he was friendly, attentive, and mindful of my budget. He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.”

We started a full ground floor renovation and the kitchen was integral in our design but we were at a loss, that is until we ventured into Wren in Hayes and were introduced to a great chap by the name of Amardeep. Our budget was set and we had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure how to bring the idea to life but thanks to spending time and a number visits back and forth with Amardeep. We’d increased and stretched our budget but with every change we made Amardeep came back with a resolution with 3D rendering designs down to the mm. Things we hadn’t thought about but with his vast knowledge of kitchens and designs it wasn’t an issue. He exceeded our expectations and gave us a kitchen that has proved to work flawlessly in our day to day life. Even the after sales support was on point. “Mani arranged to have our wardrobes and media wall done at our home. The work was done to a very good standard and in a very quick timeframe. Prestige, arranged to have all the handles we wanted, drawers, and shelves along with the design. Overall we would say if you want fitted wardrobes and media walls doing, dont look any further, this is the best company for it and they travelled over 100 miles to do our work. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Highly recommend.”

“We love our Wren kitchen! Our designer, Nathan made the whole process completely seamless and enjoyable. He took a lot of time and care with us when designing our kitchen and was very patient with all of our questions. His background in construction was noticed as he was very knowledgeable when giving advice with our build (we were knocking down walls and reconfiguring piping as part of our kitchen design). All of the staff that we dealt with at Wren were very professional and helpful, including Humza and Darcy. We used our own fitters and had no problems with the installation as instructions were clear.”

I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed.
