Throughout the process, I asked for many suggestions and explored multiple options, but in the end I went with her recommendation — and I’m so glad I did. Her understanding of design, space, and what would look best in my home was spot on. The installation was handled by Satish and his team, and they did an excellent job. They were professional, precise, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The finishing is perfect, and they left the space clean and tidy. Overall, a truly smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommend both Palak and Satish’s team for anyone looking for quality design and installation services! “Great quality kitchens, I was deciding whether to go for Howdens or Crown but after comparing the quality it had to be Crown. I met Jav and his team, they designed the kitchen exactly how I wanted, I was given visuals which I was happy with. “The service received from the Kings and Queens team was great. They really knew their stuff and helped us design and select products for our bathrooms that worked within our budget. They were always contactable and dealt with any questions/issues immediately. We also brought other things from them including our carpet and was really a one stop shop for our renovation. “Staying locally for work at the local studios. We found Paolo's on Google. Arrived, seen to very quickly. Lovely young lad serving us (Elli - shout out). The owner and his wife were in the restaurant. Very friendly, chatty, polite, courteous, accommodating and overall lovely. We had beers and wine to drink - no complaints, all good. Now on to the main subject matter: the food. Very good. Well above average. Recommendable. We are from London, so have eaten at many Italian restaurants. Paolo's is in the top 3 I can think of. What we had as outstanding, furthermore. We will likely go back again tonight. The bill was £130 for numerous starters, mains, sides and alcoholic drinks. Like I said; no complaints. “Brilliant experience with RDO. Spotted company online and placed order for wine cooler late Bank Holiday Monday. Received a call the next morning to confirm order and delivery on Wednesday. Goods received by 10.00 am the next morning. Unfortunately the wine cooler did not work so I called their customer support line. After working through some potential fixes together a new cooler was ordered. New cooler received and other returned by 8.00 am the next morning. The true sign of great customer service is based on how a company reacts when things don’t go according to plan. In this case, they really shone. I’m so pleased I spotted RDO when looking to order and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you!”

“I started my kitchen journey with Jacqueline and Karl at Casalife in June 2021 when I was doing a complete back to brick renovation of my bungalow. I had a series of delays with my build project during which, Jacqueline and Karl from Casalife showed remarkable patience, professionalism and a detailed. Knowledge of the practicalities of a good kitchen layout. My kitchen design went through many changes over that coming year until its final installation in October 2022. The advice and revisions Casalife worked with me on were invaluable. I was concerned about my tight budget and whether I could afford a good quality kitchen with Casalife - but they worked with me in deciding appliances, sink and tap, cabinets and doors with detailed 3D designs. I chose a 2 tone effect using AREDDO3 Kali with a mix of oak and Fenix finishes and some clever carousel storage solutions for my corner cabinets. During installation, Casalife quickly resolved the few technical hitches encountered. Their preferred kitchen fitter, Michael was great. Now in 2024, I added some shelving options with Casalife’s help. And my kitchen feels complete. I am very happy with my decision to go with Jacqueline and Karl and I would strongly recommend Casalife.”

I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and to compare quotes to some of the bigger chains. Design and quote process was simpler than other places and final quote was cheaper including a couple of extras that were not previously in the plans; so decided to go with Victoria Kitchens for the final design. Communication was excellent throughout, design process was very simple and collaborative. Quoted timescales for implementation were much quicker than competitors and the final build process started on time and was finished even quicker than originally quoted.
