He then proceeded to tell the people queuing where the right queue was. He already was changed and had his shoulder bag in him. That customer service was free. A caring professional. “The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful.
