Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! “Need to give the guy at the front of the store our thanks for a very pleasant experience at the Lakeside store today. Such a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff member. Informed us of the 10% discount and also ways they can help find the sizes we were looking for at other stores. He certainly deserves recognition for his friendly helpful and polite manner. “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“I do love wilko I always end up spending more than I intend to. They have such a wide range of items in here as it's quite a big one. Everything is neat and its easy to find items. The staff are helpful when you need something however, there never seems to be enough staff as I'm always looking around for one whenever I'm in there. The shop is super bright so it looks more spacious. I always find things I need in there.”
