I had an old boiler system with cylinder, tanks in the loft, and a complicated pipework that needed replacing. They installed a new combi boiler, scale reducer, shock arrestor, magnetic filter, new pipework and nest thermostat. They were punctual, professional and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Ricky came initially for a boiler breakdown repair and having made me aware of the parts needed and gave me the quote which was very reasonable, I instructed him to proceed but that’s when the sourcing of the boiler parts became a problem. I have an old boiler and Ricky uses an App to order the necessary parts from a large selection of stockists but over 25 companies were contacted and none of them had the required parts, the only way left was to go direct to the manufacturer but the delivery time was going to be at least 2 weeks so I decided to have a new boiler installed instead. Two days later and job done and a now I have a more efficient boiler with a long warranty. Professionally done and no issues in accommodating me with a couple of other issues that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending him as I was very pleased and will continue using him in the future for all my projects and repairs.”

“We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed. He sourced a replacement for me and altered my piping in order to fit the new one. New pump working well, pumping shower and bath with good water pressure. “Very impressive boiler repair & customer service from Paz at Olia Heating & Plumbing! I was happy with all of it: He fit me in at short notice, diagnosed the problems quickly and worked really quickly to fix them. He was also generous with the final price as it took longer than he originally estimated (not surprising it had multiple faults as the unit is 12 years old…). But he kindly discounted the extra time anyway. He’s honest too: he could have told me it wasn’t worth repairing (and got himself a bigger fee for fitting a new one) but he didn’t. I especially appreciated that as he and I both believe it’s better for the environment to keep fixing rather than throwaway before it’s really necessary. Overall perfect service: Highly recommend!”

“Great service. I can't recommend this service enough!!! We needed an urgent power flush as our heating system was clogged and half of the radiators in the house had turned cold. I called Iflush solutions and Brahim accommodated my request to come in on a Sunday even though it was his day off. He arrived promptly, delivered a professional service, and talked us through the process every step of the way. All the radiators are now in working order and heating up well. Highly recommended. “Great experience ever! Last evening, as the luckiest man in UK, I got an issue with my boiler while I was taking a shower! I called the number found surfing on the web, a kind man made me some simple questione and in a minute acknowledged the issue, he gave some hint to make a quick fix until the day after. Early in the morning they replaced my boiler and gave me a gas certificate. Fast, tidy & serious!!! Well done”
