“Latest: Took the dog here, they really are dog friendly! It is a shame the bar lady lacked manners and the ability to treat people like customers, she really let the place down. There was no fight or argument, this must be her normal demeanour. It puts me off going again. Original: Friendly, old fashioned pub. Bar staff are very good”

“We celebrated my birthday at the Millers Tap Uxbridge on Saturday and i wouldn't usually write a review but i couldn't not on this occasion. The staff went above and beyond for us and we was a big table of 18! i was a bit worried as cocktails are on offer and everyone wanting different things could of held up the service but it didn't at all. Big shout out to Oana she was amazing made it a great experience for us even taking group pictures on a chair so we could all be in it haha. So many of my friends have said that they will be returning. The girls behind the bar were also great service with smiles all round and we cant wait to return.”

“I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. I even recommended her to my father-in-law, and thanks to her treatments he has made remarkable progress since his stroke. Over the past year, Kai and her team have worked hard to improve his circulation and muscle movement, and we’ve seen a real difference in his independence and mobility. I’ve also had treatments from Abi, including regular eyebrow waxing and tinting, as well as her incredible Korean facials. These facials have improved my skin so much that even my husband noticed the difference — especially the reduction in blackheads on my nose!”

“We are so lucky to have such a great paint and DIY shop. Very knowledgeable staff that are able to mix paint on the spot or even sometimes before you get to shop to collect. Free parking outside also. All of their Google reviews are five star for good reason!”

“I’ve been here twice. The first time, I got the brisket sando with duke chips which was very yummy. The second time, I got the smash burger with the mac n cheese, which was yummy too! My family had the smoked brisket and the lamb neck. I tasted those too and they were delicious. The food looked exactly like what was shown on the menu and the portion sizes were generous! Sharon was lovely and very attentive and provided excellent customer service.”

“After buying a large kitchen table and chairs from Steve a couple of years ago I recently returned to get a sideboard for the living room. The latter of which was subject to very specific width, depth and height requirements which were easily accommodated. Steve is clearly passionate about his work and this shows through in the finished item. Both items I purchased were built with high quality materials, attention to detail and importantly a sense of uniqueness. Do not assume this comes at a price. It doesn’t! I have been pleasantly surprised at the cost on both occasions and I cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future.”

“We did a big renovation on our house and wanted to create a walk-in wardrobe but had no idea where to start with designing one. Luckily we found Neatsmith! Hannah from the Hatch End showroom worked through the architect's drawings with us which made the whole design process very straightforward, and our experience from design through to fitting has been outstanding. Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. “Kelly and team do the most thorough pedicures and manicures! My feet feel amazing every time and the colour selection they have is vast. They also have fantastic massage chairs. I would never go anywhere else for pedicure now. When I have my hands painted they do amazing French manicures and lots of other nail options.”

“Firstly I'd like to mention Shakshi. She is an absolute gem and lovely person. Since we've being dinning at Social Dhaba, which is now several years, she's been there and is an asset to the establishment. Her level of service, warmth and attention to detail is exemplar and makes our experience so much better. The food here is always on point. Perfectly balanced flavours and ever never had a dish that we've not enjoyed. We get a real variety of dishes from the menu, including the mix grill, salmon, basil paneer, avocado chat, garlic prawns, tardka dhal and some naans and breads. However, the best dish has to be the Handi Chicken curry. It's just amazing and a defo must. From the desserts, you have a selection of the classics, all of them fantastic so you can't go wrong. This place is regular for me and is always a place I recommend to others and take family and friend's to when in need for a really good Indian.”

“This cafe carefully provides the very best tasting English Breakfast I have ever experienced. The presentation of which wouldn't be out of place in the best restaurants. They really care about their customers with happy smiling staff who take pride in every aspect of what they do. The cafe is immaculately clean and the prices are excellent value for money. I'd give it more stars if it was possible.”

“An Authentic English Pub! This is a real English pub! With more than 300 years of history it has many stories to tell. Highway men drank at this pub. WWI wounded Aussies at the local hospital drank at this pub. Royalty visited this pub. It has real history! Low ceilings. Cosy sitting areas. Well stocked bar. Sunday lunch was excellent! Real pub food! Roast lamb and veg was as good as it gets. But what makes this pub stand out is the people. Wonderful serving staff. Bar manager was attentive, calm, talking effortlessly to every guest. Every one there was a local. Elderly people in their 80’s having a traditional Sunday roast. Listening to the locals was a pleasure. Endless stories. Lots of laughter. These are the real English people you won’t get in a fancy London pub. This is a pub where you are welcome. Just when you think it can’t get any better an “Arthur Daly” lookalike turned up and took over the conversation!!! THE KINGS ARMS IS A GREAT ENGLISH PUB! Worth the visit!”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. The food is absolutely amazing and super authentic (biryani deserves a massive call out) but what sets the place apart is the extremely warm service that makes the experience a million times better. We did not carry cash with us and the owner actually offered us to pay later. We did not expect this and the warmth and generosity really touched us. Highly reccomended!”
