“My first evening in London after a long journey I ate at HAWLER. This was the best decision I made that day. The restaurant is bustling with a nice atmosphere and very hospitable staff. I had the lamb and chicken tikka and before even ordering I already had received a complimentary bowl of lentil soup, which was very delicious and lovely to warm up from the cold outside. The meal was wonderful as the charred meat was rich, tasty and tender. The table was so full with all kinds of extras to eat with the meal, something I am not used to but enjoy greatly. Very affordable price, I would recommend anyone in the area to check this restaurant out. First and definitely not last time I am having Iraqi cuisine!”

“Took.my workvan there at 3pm my pulley belt had snapped. He looked diagnosed the problem in 10s had a new belt ordered by 10 mins and fitted by the hour. Was charged very fairly. Very clean professional garage you modern equipment you can tell there doing things properly. Absolutely over the moon. Battery is now recharging perfect and no warning lights wohoo.”

“This place came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The food is super tasty, very friendly staff and they gave good and honest advise when ordering. Overall the food for me is better then most if not all Indian veg restaurants in the north/northwest London area. I normally travel to Wembley areas for a good Indian veg or dosa place but this restaurant easily bets them all. We ordered Crispy Bhajiya, Chilli Paneer, Pani Puri, Masala Mogo, Paneer Butter Masala, South Indian Thali, Chana Batura, Paneer Fried Rice, Plain Dosa and Bullet Naan. Everything we ordered was spot on and tasted very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the food it was that the Chana was a bit on the hard side, I prefer mines soft, but thats all. I am a meat eater but as far as veg food goes I have not had better even in a meat restaurant. Highly recommended if you are thinking about going!”

“Amazing restaurant with kenyan specialities like Mishkaki, kachumbari, ugali, sukuma wiki and a lot more! You can also buy halua, achari, mabuyu and some other non food items from kenya. One of the few places I can find "Loukanika" Sausages sugar free and Marcel Pork rinds (Scratchings) with just Pork Salt and Paprika in the ingredients. Also great for Nuts, they have a wide variety as well as lots of tropical fruit & Veg. They are open 24/7 as far as I know. I have been there at 3am after work!”

“Very clean pleasant rooms and generously laden with freebies such as toiletries, water and biscuits. The best part is the bar and restaurant downstairs. The food is top quality and the room has to be seen to be believed as no 2D photo will do it justice. It is like stepping into Wonderland with Alice. The staff are lovely as well; attentive, helpful and genuinely charming. I had an early start the next day so was disturbed by the music until 1am but it is worth a little lack of sleep for the spectacular visual experience and warm welcome I received. Tunes were good too. This place is like nowhere on Earth.”
