“Sutton Deichmann was excellent customer service, i had an issue with the hounslow branch and croydon branch as they lied about changing or refund the shoes. After serious complaint this branch changed the shoes no issues. If you go to any branch of Deichmann and they say they can't change, refund or if you got 2 left pairs like me and they say they can't don't listen to them..stay there until they change or refund or ask for manager. As i can confirmed that you can change as i been told by they senior manager and area manager.”

“Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! I can give you my bank details but I'll need some sort of induction and I feel like I'll get taxed heavily for having a second job! What can we,as a team do about this? “I'd ignore all the 1 star reviews from people complaining about parking fines..... The signage is clear enough and I've managed to get my parking fines rescinded easily - this has happened a few times when I've done a massive shop that I didn't complete within the 1.5 hours. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to increase the parking time to 2 hours.... It's in no way a scam, but the system could be better implemented and pick a different partner than Parking Eye - they are ghouls. Now that that is out of the way, I'm rating it a solid 5 stars.... I get twice as many groceries, including quality fresh meat, veg, beer and wine, when compared to Waitrose or Sainsbury's. I reckon I save thousands each year. Clean, efficient, well laid out, friendly and helpful staff and good selection of products coupled with the value makes it very easy to recommend.”

“Been going to Esquires since November 2021 and since last May it has become one of my regular places to sit, eat and enjoy coffee with my daughter. I always go there if meeting friends also. The staff have always been friendly towards us as if they didn't I wouldn't keep going there. No complaints from friends of mine who also visited there. It is a place where I can go, feel relaxed and I understand the pressure they get when in their busy times. They do not have much time to communicate and get tired/stressed easily especially due to lack of staff at the moment.”

“Great shop. Has its own parking which is a must in East London. The prices are good and there are plenty of staff to help. There is normally always offers in these types of shops in east london. This particular time it was fish that was very good price. It is difficult to get Balacsong hutki chuntney but this place had it. Also had to get bodak noodles for the kids.”
