“Latest: Took the dog here, they really are dog friendly! It is a shame the bar lady lacked manners and the ability to treat people like customers, she really let the place down. There was no fight or argument, this must be her normal demeanour. It puts me off going again. Original: Friendly, old fashioned pub. Bar staff are very good”

“Exceptional Authentic Thai Cuisine! I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Hut Pub, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The menu offered a variety of traditional Thai dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavour. The highlight for me was the prawn massaman Curry and sticky rice. “The renovation has completely transformed this pub – it looks fantastic inside and out, with a fresh but welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is spot on: lively yet relaxed, making it just as good for a casual drink with friends as for a proper sit-down meal. The staff couldn’t be friendlier – attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. Service was excellent throughout, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. “We celebrated my birthday at the Millers Tap Uxbridge on Saturday and i wouldn't usually write a review but i couldn't not on this occasion. The staff went above and beyond for us and we was a big table of 18! i was a bit worried as cocktails are on offer and everyone wanting different things could of held up the service but it didn't at all. Big shout out to Oana she was amazing made it a great experience for us even taking group pictures on a chair so we could all be in it haha. So many of my friends have said that they will be returning. The girls behind the bar were also great service with smiles all round and we cant wait to return.”

“What a lovely little cafe! Amazing coffee and friendly staff. Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. We agreed that you would pay double for a meal like that in London. Thank you to the team at We Love Coffee! Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.”

The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, exactly as ordered, and the accompanying peppercorn sauce was truly outstanding – a delightful balance of creamy and peppery. Beyond the star attraction, even the wings impressed with a wonderfully rich and smoky BBQ sauce. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for steak lovers and beyond.”

“I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

“Opening day today. Have been waiting with anticipation and not disappointed. The interior of this italian restaurant is elegant and modern, the staff welcoming and the menu has something for everyone fish seafood,chicken, salads, vegetables,lamb, veal and a good range of starters mains and desserts. At the moment it's bring your own bottle too.My wife and I enjoyed our meal very much a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.”

“Great tasty Greek (Cypriot) food. The place is small but cosy and has its own charm in a way. Very genuine. Food gets served in a reasonable time and the staff is very friendly. The portions are generous and the price is not too expensive for what you get in other places in the area. Recommended! I wouldn't mind going back again.”

“A real English pub owned and run by the managers in the Center of Harefield. Filled with locals who make you feel welcomed and staff that go the extra mile. The food is excellent, a balance of traditional English pub food and Asian cuisine that are perfect. Drinks prices are probably the best around and you can sit around the fire or tuck yourself away on the sofa. Highly recommended.”

“Great little place in the heart of Uxbridge. Great menu and great vibe. Really enjoyed my time here and was pleased with the food service and quality. I ordered a mix of tapas food they had added newly on their menu. Everything was very delicious. Couldn’t fault it. My brother and sister and niece all enjoyed their food too. “We just came for a quick drink. This is a lovely village gastro pub with warm and welcoming feel in beautiful Denham village. Waitress was smiling, brought a drink quickly and even helped us to charge our phone. We will go back for a dinner next time. Thank you for excellent service!”

“I really like this restaurant on the high street. The service is great and the decor and atmosphere is nice too. Never rushed to leave after finishing dinner, rather get left until we ask for the bill. It’s great for kids too as they have a nice mix of dishes which are big enough for my 13 and 10 year old girls. Food is nice a flavoursome. The staff here are all really nice and will give us good advice on the types of dishes we might like. I am a bit adventurous with my food and my family rather like the same. I always try different things and so far everything has been amazing and causes me to keep coming back. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some tasty food. It’s restaurants like this that we need to remain on our high streets. Keep up the great work and we look forward to coming back soon.”

“Finally a place that understands what a skinny flat white should taste like! The black forest gateau was lovely just need more cherries and it's syrup in the middle which would have made the cake moist and ohh so delicious! I'd definitely be going back for more skinny flat whites!”

“It was the first time we had Sunday lunch at the General Eliott. It had a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly. We all had the roast lamb and the meat was very tasty and had a great selection of vegetables. We will definitely be back for Sunday lunch.”
