You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

After serious complaint this branch changed the shoes no issues. If you go to any branch of Deichmann and they say they can't change, refund or if you got 2 left pairs like me and they say they can't don't listen to them..stay there until they change or refund or ask for manager. As i can confirmed that you can change as i been told by they senior manager and area manager.”
