“We stayed here for a concert at Wembley Stadium. Really good check-in and out times, perfect to charge your phones and yourself before heading off, and then you don't need to check out until 11 am. There's no breakfast, but that didn't bother us as we just went to the McDonald's which is on the way back to Wembley Park Station, and I'm told there's a great cafe open Monday to Saturday within a few minutes walk. We were given a great room, very quiet, extremely comfortable beds and a lovely big shower. Loads of space and will definitely stay again next time we have a concert.”

“Excellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (£70 for the whole week, rather than £38/night onsite).”

“I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.”

Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and will look after your case behind reception after you check out if you want to do a bit of shopping or grab lunch before heading off home. Rooms are very good value for money considering you are in Covent Garden, and they are basic, clean with comfortable beds and a mini fridge.”

“Our staff stayed at Love and Peace Cottage for a two nights and they ended asking to extend for another three days. The place is meticulously warm, with clean rooms , bathroom and the facilities readily available plus Great break fast . But the highlight for the staff was the Manager of the place , Patricia who was described as extremely helpful, caring and understanding.”

“Amazing experience for our friend’s birthday lunch. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options and the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”

“Stayed last week & just wanted to send a message of thanks to Vanessa & Elena in the restaurant. Both a credit to Hilton. Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! “We ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking unexpectedly after our original booking at another hotel was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for international visitors, because the staff here truly know how to treat guests with respect and hospitality.”

“Positives Very good value (In October). Massive estate, excellent area. Swimming pool water was very warm and child friendly. Fruit at breakfast was superb - best prunes I have ever eaten. Free fruit offered outside of breakfast in one wing of the hotel. Neutral / noteworthy. My room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. "Deluxe" room was slightly odd with staircase and no bath tub. Negatives Cooked breakfast wasn't all that. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast my sister also didn't finish hers. I expected better. Pool closed too early resulting in a surge of people using it use on Saturday night, please open till 22:00 not 19:00.”

Between them The Manor set the scene for another wonderfully uplifting and spirited party. Definitely coming back with more clients who want to celebrate their special milestones.”

“I have booked the apartment for my brother and sister in - law for a 16 days, they loved the apartment. It is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable and near the shops in St Margaret. Jenny is very kind and made the check- in very easy. Without a doubt I will recommend.”

“Great cheap bed for the night. The room was small with just enough room to get around the bed but it was comfortable, clean and warm. It only had a ceiling mounted Aircon unit but as the room was small it did manage to heat it up. The bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. My room had an ensuite and everything worked as it should though the shower slider rail was wobbly and needed fixing. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed for one night in December 2010. The house is immaculate, the bedroom spacious and the shared bathroom (ours was the one without an en-suite) luxurious. A lovely, freshly cooked breakfast and a very friendly hostess. Very convenient for London rail links and very upmarket area.”

“Hotel is in a nice neighborhood very close the the underground. Room was just fine, nothing luxury but it was clean and good looking. You have free wifi in your room. Unfortunately you only get 1 towel and have to ask for a second one after you realize. We at first didn't bother and went out and asked the night secretary at around 11 pm to give as a second towel which was no problem at all.”

“Back sooner than I thought, once again on a motorcycle, a familiar face Liz was on reception and proceeded to greet me by name, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, I went straight to my clean and spacious room and then onto the health suite. Food was really nice again, my second night was equally as pleasant, there was a private party on and very busy, restaurant staff were very accommodating and made sure I was catered for. All in all another lovely experience with Holiday inn, I’m back again in January so no guesses where I will be staying.”
