“We loved staying at Bay Tree House. Our host was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and carried us through our busy day until dinner (tea). We had a comfortable bed and room with ensuite, close to underground Piccadilly line, bus stops, shops, laundromat and a neighbourhood pub. Our host was helpful, kind, supportive, and available. We would definitely stay again.”

    Latitude Apartments Croydon

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Closed

“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

    Cold Blooded Reptile Centre

    ★★★★★ 4.8

“Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”

“We had an incredible stay at Coworth Park – Dorchester Collection. We spent five days there with our one-year-old, who had the greatest time in the kids club, the pool, and watching the polo games — such a unique experience for a little one. The accommodation was impeccable, the service genuinely outstanding, and every meal was memorable. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and truly welcoming to families, but Coworth Park delivered on every front. Overall, a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return.”

“I felt compelled to write a review after yet another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Windsor Great Park. The setting is beautiful, the service always impeccable, and the facilities fantastic — but it’s the people who truly make it special. A huge thank you to Sharmila, who looks after us so thoughtfully every time we visit. She greets us with such warmth and genuine kindness, immediately making us feel at home. Sharmila and the team are a big part of why we return again and again. “The Quintessence of the London Experience The location of this property is truly outstanding. Within just a 5-minute walk, you have access to a variety of amenities, including both premium and affordable grocery stores, a cinema and a gym/spa. Additionally, the proximity to the Jubilee Line (Finchley Road station is literally right at your doorstep!) allows for quick and easy travel throughout London, with most destinations just a 30-minute ride away. Such a central and accessible location is a rare find, as many areas in London require compromises. In addition to its prime location, the rooms themselves offer remarkable convenience, featuring modern design, high-quality appliances, and exceptionally comfortable beds. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Agna and Selna, whose professionalism and impeccable service truly elevated my experience. From their friendly, daily check-ins to their prompt responses to every request, their care and diligence has made my stay truly exceptional.”

“A great hotel in a great location. Literally steps to Trafalgar Square and Charing cross tube station. Plenty of pubs nearby for classic pub food and a beer. The hotel itself is totally original- Scotland Yard Police station converted to a hotel, complete with memorabilia on the walls . Good size rooms which was very comfy. Great staff, very friendly. Cocktail lounge was classy - good cocktails and live music on Friday/ Saturday. There are cookie cutter hotels which are all pretty average- then there is this amazing boutique hotel in a historic building . No contest. I know where I am staying when I am next in London.”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!”

An excellent pub for a Sunday roast.”

“This concerns the quality of provision of Focus Music, not venue hire - I’m concerned that negative reviews of the venue are being linked to the music teaching, which is superb. We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of teaching - a vast improvement on previous experiences. The communication, through the school’s system or direct emailing/phoning/messaging is also first rate. Couldn’t be happier!”

“Gorgeous, spacious, quiet and comfortable room and lovely pub. The only suggestions I'd make are putting better lighting near either of the mirrors in the room, as applying make up was a little difficult without decent light. Also putting a few more plant milk sachets as they are so small and two for two guests wasn't sufficient. Everything else was smashing and I would highly recommend.”
