Over the years I have seen a few members of the team, which are all highly skilled.After I had a bad accident, my auntie ( a patient) recommended me to visit the practice and it has made a huge difference . The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. “I have had my bambach chair for well over a decade. I purchased it from this company and have had it serviced by this company. I work in Dentistry and this chair has endured alot. I have had it reupholstered in a two tone colour. Regassed, new base and new wheels. The customer service has been exceptional especially recently from Felicia she went above and beyond in helping me. I would not work without my bambach and should this bambach expire I would buy another from this company. If you are considering buying one watch the YouTube videos, get one on free trial you will not regret the decision. If you have a back problem it will effect you being able to work this is a preventive tool. Highly recommend this company and I think it's really good value. I was expecting the base to be so much more expensive than it was, it came with free postage the next day.”
