I had a wonderful experience here at the Royal Eye unit in Kingston and we are very fortunate to have this service in the area. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful every member of staff I saw was personable, friendly and informative. I feel very happy with the service I received here. Coming into the unit with a focus on being positive in my interactions with other people helped I think. You do need to be patient — I brought an audio book to listen to.
