“I saw Sanjay a few weeks about my shoulder injury. As I have been an active sportsman all my life which means I have seen a quite a few physios over the years. I found Sanjay very different from others because he has patience; he made an effort to explain me the complexity of my shoulder injury and the possible options to fix it; he comes across very knowledgeable about his subject but at the same time he explains everything in a layman terms and I found this very helpful. “I have held a lifetime insurance policy for my dog Alfie for just over 2 years. Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. “I’ve had the majority of my lessons with Luke, and he’s the most skilled. Luke is patient, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable in the water. You can tell he has years of teaching experience, especially compared to other teachers at the Brentford location. From my very first lesson, I felt at ease in the water, and by the third lesson, I had really got the gist of swimming. She is excellent, telented speciallist, she made me feel comfortable since day one, I managed to open up and work towards all aspects of my life, calm my nerves. I needed support with building independency from toxic reltions and stress management and I know that I would never achieve it without Agnieszka's support. On the theraphy we used different approches and combined many techniques, we exchnaged miningful videos, movies and books that were supporting me on the way and mornitoring the progress. Getting to know Agnieszka changed my life and I will be forever grateful for it. Building is have great locations with parking for both bicycles and cars. Office is lovely too what makes you feel secure and comfortable e.g. fresh water, tissues always avaiable.”

“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”
