“Amazing experience at this clinic! What an amazing team of people who make you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I came in for a skin scan which helped me to understand my skin better- I had unknowingly been using products which had dried my skin out significantly. I was shown the results of this and then advised on which products would better my skin. I have now been using those products for a good few months and can honestly say my skin has never been better. The facial treatment I also received was top notch. I was talked through every step and how the products will work which as well as giving me insight, this gave me reassurance. Overall my experience at this clinic has been unmatched. After the help I've received with my skin I feel more confident in myself which I am so grateful for. “Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)”

“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“I saw Dr. Najeeb Hussain after being referred to Morden Dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. He was extremely professional and polite, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained the consent process clearly and administered several injections without causing any pain. The wisdom tooth was out within seconds, and the entire appointment took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hussain to everyone!”

“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”

“Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”

Not only do they manage prescriptions carefully but they are also there to help generally, provide vaccinations etc and be very accessible to answering questions; and they know who you are when you walk into their shop! “I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

“We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. “This review is long overdue as I finished lessons with Turner last year - and have been swimming once or twice a week since! :) Huge thank you to Thomas, an amazing asset to the Turner team - Thomas' honesty meant I was fully aware from the beginning of the big undertaking of learning to swim given my water phobia - but he stuck with me through the process and we eventually got there! Learning to swim was one of the most challenging things I've ever done, but I also had a LOT of fun and really looked forward to my bi-weekly lessons. It's a big commitment as a complete beginner, you may laugh and cry, but if you're willing to put in the work, Thomas and team are professional, patient and lovely and will 100% get you there. Hoping to return in the future to learn the breaststroke!”

The staff and facilities are exceptional and although it might seem expensive compared to other clashes the flexibility is so useful as they are always accommodating with swapping and banking classes which helps so much as things always come up. It’s a really nice place for parents and we’ve made many friends there.”
