I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.”

“Via provides an invaluable service to those in the community affected by substance use, despite the enormous challenges and difficulties and lack of resources. Many people complain about Via, including myself, however I've learned a great deal in the past few years about what they do to help people, and have nothing but admiration for their dedication and hard work. The government needs to do a lot more to support communities where drug use is prevalent. As seen in the news recently one of the proven ways to help is residential rehabilitation. Prison is not the answer for substance users. Compassion, empathy, practical support and regular counselling are the ingredients needed to change lives.”
