They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

The reception team is absolutely delightful, always greeting me with warmth and professionalism. A special shout-out to Dr. Antimos and Anna, who are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable. Their calm demeanour and clear explanations make every appointment a breeze. I now thoroughly enjoy my trips to the dentist! I had a filling done here, and the process was exceptional—completely pain-free, and the filling is still perfect months later. “Picked this venue for a coffee after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, the shop is a visual cornucopia of artistic delights. The drinks arrived in cute, hand painted cups and saucers, with small wooden spoons and the coffees adorned with coffee art. We sat and took in all the amazing decor which was for sale: cups, small serving dishes, bags, spoons, a menagerie of small crocheted animals with some in key ring form plus so much more. It was a feast for the eyes and brain to take in everything that was on display. The coffee was equally good and hope to try one of the cakes next time. An absolute joy for the senses and would highly recommend.”

“I am so happy that I chose The Richmond Dentist as my new dental practice. Anita, in reception, is very efficient and very friendly. I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! Hannah is someone who I now trust completely with my teeth. Thank you!”

“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

“Our son has been at Kateys for 9 months now and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so welcoming and loving towards the children. The range of activities, play and learning they do is outstanding. Each day useful feedback is given and periodically more thorough feedback in the form of a learning journal and parents evenings. I'm always astonished by the range and depth of topics covered. The setting is excellent too with lots of outdoor space and nearby points of interest. Highly recommend.”

“My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“Went here for brunch and really enjoyed their portion sizes and their wide variety of brunch/breakfast options. Their full English breakfast was great value for money and was really filling and great portion sizes. The bacon was crisp and their sausages weren’t too greasy which was a perfect combination. Would highly recommend their brunch for anyone in the area. Their fresh juices were a great complement to the brunch.”

“A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

“I was so happy with the food! I got the tonkotsu. They had little delicate touches which really added to the lovely experience like extra garlic and a garlic presser as well as hair ties in a jar so that long luscious hair doesn't get muched on. Only thing I'd say is it would be nice for more pork in my tonkotsu”

“The pizza was very fresh and tasty. Kus gave us good information about the pizzas since we were vegetarian and we went with his suggestions which was delicious. Definitely order the Tiramisu. It was homemade and super fresh. Must try place if you’re in Richmond.”

“We have just rounded off a fantastic weekend trip to watch the rugby with a fantastic Sunday roast at the White Horse in Richmond. A really brilliant proper pub with a superb Sunday lunch menu that catered for all our family. The Pork Belly bites were incredible and the Cauliflower Cheese you could eat on its own… a must try! The staff were brilliant and easily the nicest roast I’ve had in years!”
