“Unreal day. Paid extra for the double dip (2 hours) and it was so worth it and also worth the travel from london to Lakeside. It does get quite tiring to haul yourself from the water onto the course, so I’d recommend getting mates to drag you back on if possible! For those going, I would recommend to bring: - a padlock - shower gel - a towel - sea shoes or flip flops or grip socks - long sleeves or leggings if possible to avoid chafing on the slides Would 100% return, and bring a group of mates!”

“I stopped at Halfords Lakeside, the team there were amazing so helpful and so professional. There was light on my dashboard indicating low tyre pressure, a young gentleman helped me select the right tyre pressure unit, his advice was unbiased and client focus. After this Luke gave my car a check up, filled up the screen wash, topped up the oil as well as checking the air pressure for the tyres. Great Team cannot praise them enough.”

“Rooms are clean, kitchen area and bathrooms both spotless, all looks quite new. The room is basic with a comfortable bed and a wardrobe, it is as described. Easy to find, right on the high street.”

The visitors centre was closed, but they had clear paths and plenty of maps, with statues to find dotted about, each denoting the diverse creatures in the area... How many can you find?”

“Wanted to give jump giants a go instead of the usual flip out and definitely found it quieter! Kids enjoyed a good few hrs of jumping and play fighting on the balance beams. We did have an incident were our children were accused of being rude which we knew wasn't the case as had been watching and taking pics of their enjoyment the entire timd so the staff double checked and realised it wasn't in fact our group, would be nice to check before approaching us as didn't feel nice for the boys. Regardless will definitely still be returning!”

“1st time my family with 3 children visited. We had some issue regarding socks but Rebecca the manager was understanding and resolve our issue promptly. The kids enjoyed themselves staff were friend and and facilities were clean and well stocked. Nothing negative really, perhaps some updating of equipment, as they look like they have had some were and tear. Good few hours of joyfully jumping about.”

“My son and his friends had a great time at the karting track. When I booked the party the lady was really helpful and gave me all the options. I’m glad we chose the party so the boys had the track to themselves. This was reassuring to the parents and some of the kids felt better about the experience too. The staff helped the boys with their suits and helmets etc. The racing was fun and we used the picnic benches to have good and drink after. The boys (10years) had never done it before and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of them wanted to go back and do it again.”
