“I went in today to get some oil for my car. I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make. Definitely a credit to the shop and he has definitely changed my mind about coming back. Zach, keep up the good work. I’m sure I’m not the first to feel this way. Stay blessed.”

“Excellent Place, lots to choose from, based on Iceland products. Wide range of goods from frozen to tinned to packet food, small Electrical items. Parking lot is a bit fiddly with only one way out, with plenty of idiots pissballing about trying 8 attempts to reverse into a space. If they drove in forward or acted positively there would be no problems.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“You can’t go wrong with IKEA! Also really great to just arrive there and have a ridiculously cheap breakfast before you walk around. I think it’s an absolutely wonderful idea and I hope they keep doing it for a long time. The place wasn’t too busy, even though it was a Sunday, and the checkouts were fast. It’s always an easy place to get around, and you always seem to find exactly what you want to fill in those little spots in the house.”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“Very positive experience at Babyeze. Donna and her colleagues were more than happy to help, show and explain things to us, and we ended up purchasing a car seat and travel set. When collecting the items, Donna demonstrated how everything worked and answered all of our questions. All staff were very friendly and personable even when the shop was a little busy. Would come here again for any baby essentials!”

“As far as soft plays go, this is one of the best for quality and value for money. Like most soft plays it’s a little rough around the edges, but it’s always clean, it feels safe and the play spaces are well thought out. I appreciate that, in addition to the baby soft play and the giant “big kid” play area, there’s a middle area suitable for 2-4 year olds which has low height climbing frames that feel safe but are challenging for that clumsy walking stage. The food there was surprisingly adequate and they have various birthday party packages.”

“Came on a Tuesday evening and it was a really nice atmosphere, not overly busy and very quick service. The staff were extremely quick to correct my order when I forgot to mentioned removing a sauce that I didn't like, they were very quick to bring out a new burger and made me feel like it wasn't a bother for them even though I felt so bad! We will definitely be back!”

We also had a pot of tea in the cafe which was lovely. There’s so much to browse in store that we need a tea break! Dunelm is one of our favourite shops and we always head there first for beautiful quality housewares.”

You can return of you don't want what u buy any longer. They always give you discount and help u need. Simply talk to the staffs.”

“We had the best Nandos we’ve ever had here, we’re from up north and have traveled quite a lot so we’ve been to many Nando’s!. It was so hot I had to blow my food before eating! Really impressed and made our weekend. We did have to que to get in as there’s not a lot of space.”
