“My son goes to this school and he's very happy. The headmaster Mr Mundy-Castle is a very positive and inspiring man. The progression this school is going through is quite brilliant. I have no doubt that RPA will go from Good to Outstanding in the next Ofsted report and it doesn't surprise me more and more East Sheen and Barnes families are now sending their kids here. Sixth Form students are now leaving here to go to Oxford. I felt compelled to leave a review because all the One Star reviews I'm reading on here don't seem to ring true with what we're seeing.”
“I had an issue with insufficient address details on my parcel which unfortunately resulted in “return to sender” stated on my tracking information. I called Royal Mail customer service line and was given advice to attend the sorting office (even though closed to the public until the morning) with the hope of stopping the despatch back to its origin, which was looking likely later on today. With panic, I headed down there to be greeted by a polite and calm gentleman called Raphael. I then was put in touch with Jason who was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in finding my parcel, with the help of Mandy who was also glad to be of assistance, who pulled away from her other work duty at the time. All of them having a smile and cheerful disposition throughout, making me feel I wasn’t a nuisance. My parcel was found, my ID given and I was a very happy and satisfied customer. What wonderful staff at Richmond sorting office. I honestly didn’t hold much hope before arriving, but thankfully was met by such welcoming and helpful people. Thank you so much!….and to the member of staff that pointed me in the right direction to park, but didn’t get his name unfortunately.”
“Highly recommend for a hairdresser in the Putney area, wouldn’t go anywhere else now! *updated after my first ever hair dying experience* - Stan is the best!! You will feel in very capable hands and he will listen to exactly what you want & tell you whether or not it’s achievable/work around something that is! Felt so comfortable and soo happy with the outcome. Thanks so much!”
“What an amazing place! Georgina is knowledgeable about supporting her customers to maintain healthy hair. Her passion and joy in her job are wonderful. All in all an excellent service 5*.”
“I had my first visit with Grace Minns today, 25 November, and she was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciated how clearly and patiently she explained everything—her detailed approach made me feel at ease right away. She has such a warm and friendly personality, and I genuinely enjoyed my visit with her. I’m very happy to have found her.”
“This place is definitely worth a visit for a day in London! The different plant houses are awesome, and I love that it’s a part of history! Absolutely beautiful. Parking was pretty easy in the neighborhood across from the entrances if needed. There are multiple places to rest and grab food throughout the grounds. And wear your walking shoes! The grounds are rather large.”
“My favorite place in Kew Gardens. It is really humid and warm, so be warned. But it is totally worth it! The water lilies are beautiful and they also have a nice collection of passionflowers.”
“Wonderful dinner with my sweetheart !Mustapha is a fantastic, friendly and funny waiter, together with his colleague Jaime. One of the best evenings we’ve had in London and its surroundings, coming from Parisian tourists. I highly recommend it. It was incredible. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious ;)”
“The auxiliary drive belt on my daughter's car broke and she needed it urgently to get to work. Within 2 hours of calling them and dropping the car off they had fixed the problem. They could have charged me whatever but they did it for a very reasonable price.”
“A fun, interactive space to climb, run, jump and explore everything that a plant needs to grow. Based in a natural setting the size of 40 tennis courts, children can explore all the things plants need to grow in our Children's Garden, designed for children from 2 to 12 years old. Over 100 mature trees are spread over this beautiful landscape, with hidden treasures and adventures around every corner, leading to a 4m high canopy walk wrapped around a 200-year-old oak in the heart of the Children's Garden. No pre-booking required – all visitors are welcome to come and go throughout the day until one hour before the Gardens close.”
“Welcoming, personal professional service. Quality cut from an experienced stylist who loves his work and that shows! David has cut my hair for over a decade, that alone says alot.”
“The best Japanese food in London. I go for their lunch plate every week.”
“Delicious food at a decent price and lovely service. The cafe has been beautifully redecorated too. Plus we could watch our kids in the playground whilst enjoying the fair!!”
“Really lovely park cafe. The staff are so friendly. Lots of people came and talked to the owners/staff. Very welcoming. The food was delicious and clearly homemade. I can't wait to make their vegetarian roll. Love when you talk to someone who works in a cafe and knows whats in it and how it is made. Very impressed. And tasty desserts. Thanks for a nice break during our walk.”
“Hawthorn is 100% your new go-to spot in Kew/Richmond. For some background, everyone who I was with for dinner had previously dined at the Glasshouse at some point in their lives, so when we all arrived for dinner at Hawthorn, we were intrigued about how it would compare… AND WOW our expectations were blown out of the water. Not only did we each quite literally lick the plates clean, but we all felt that each course was complex yet also felt so simple and just plain delicious. We heard that the restaurant just opened a couple of weeks ago, but the food tasted as if the chefs have been cooking together for years. Whether you are there for lunch or dinner, either set menu is incredibly well priced (especially when the food quality is at this level). The sommelier is incredible, suggesting perfect pairings for each course to accommodate every taste bud or finding a bottle that works with a table of diners who ordered a mixture of seafood and meat mains! Conveniently it’s also right next to Kew Gardens station or a short walk from Richmond station - very easy to get to and definitely worth a trip. What an amazing new restaurant in Kew!”
“Nice little palace in the middle of the beautiful Kew gardens. Definitely worth visit while in the gardens , got its own little garden as well.”
“Radnor Gardens was created from the grounds of two mansions which were damaged in World War 2 and subsequently demolished. Some relics from these grounds can still be seen and are explained on an information board. There is also a very pleasant riverside walk under a row of weeping willows.”
“Absolutely we are loved our time here! The apartment was cozy and well-designed, perfect for a short or long stay. Rooms are modern, quiet, and fully equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The service was professional and courteous throughout my visit. Highly recommended. Adi and Manisha”
“We booked a table for 5 and were lucky enough to be served by Michael who was kind and attentive. The food was amazing. Most of us had pizza which was fresh and delicious. The younger members also enjoyed the delicious gelato afterwards. We look forward to returning again”
“I had a fascinating first visit to the National Archives researching my family history. I started my application online for a readers card which is essential to be able too use the full archive but it was a simple process, which I completed when I arrived at Kew. The assistance I received from the staff at the National Archive was excellent, they were patient and understanding and seemed to have as much time to give as was needed to help visitors get the best out of their visit. Parking... There is adequate parking available which is payable using machines in the main foyer. Blue Badge Parking... There is a good number of Parking spaces for those with Blue Badges, split between the front and back of the building. Disabled Access... The building is well designed for all people using the facilities, with ramps and lifts as an alternative to stairs. Toilet facilities are equally well thought out. Food and Drink... There is a large refreshment area with both casual seating if you're just having a quick Coffee plus a large number of places to eat at tables. Be sure to check the closing time of the hot food service, it isn't the same as the Archives. I went on a Thursday which is the late opening day of the National Archives, yet although the archive wasn't closing until 7pm, the hot food stopped at 2pm and there definitely wasn't a full choice of options at 1.30pm. There is book-come-gift shop on the same floor as the refreshment area.”
“Picked this place simply by seeking Italian food to celebrate our 1 year of being engaged. Arrived and it was as special as I had hoped for. Food is a 10/10 service FANTASTIC and selection of wines and alcohol free beers amazing. Atmosphere equally and nice we sat outside. Love love thos place best Italian food ive tried for a long time in london”
“Outstanding service. Alloways in Putney helped me find the size of wood which would work best for my home project, then cut my wood to my amateur measurements, and finally taped it all up so it was easy to carry. Couldn't have asked for more. The bodge joinery is all down to me and, as professional joiners will have noticed, there's a lot of teak stain/varnish to compensate :0).”
“Lovely restaurant with great atmosphere. Service was exceptional -particularly Julie who looked after us so well. Our evening was a delight and the best pasta we have had for a long time. Even our picky two year old cleared her plate! Will definitely make this a regular visit.”
“Wonderful staff, food, and accommodations. Couldn't have asked for a better stopover in Richmond.”
“Fabulous service, foods and fresh tasty coffee's from an independent cafe in a super location which helps lots of lovely young people increase their confidence and experience in the community. Brilliant management thank you for your work with Cafe Sunshine.”
“From my first call, Sacha was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in my case. Her expertise made a complex situation much easier to navigate. Communication was excellent, she kept me updated at every stage and always answered my questions promptly. Thanks to her hard work and broad knowledge, I have achieved a positive and desirable outcome. I highly recommend Redmans to anyone in need of legal assistance!”
“We got a takeaway for a family of 6. We love the huge portions, and generous amount of chips. Really cannot fault anything... It is also very nice that they also offer grilled options, on top of their selection of battered deep-fried goodies. Everything is delicious!”
“Absolutely wonderful food and fantastic service. Mancef (hope I've spelt it correctly!) Is the perfect host. Prawns were cooked to perfection and the Tabula salad fresh and crisp and bursting with flavour. The atmosphere is relaxed and accomodating. Thank you for making our weekend :)”
“Quality. Variety. Been going here for a couple of decades. Consistently excellent. Always a nice welcome and attentive and confident service. Really good breakfast choices. Wide salad selection. Just addicted !”
