“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”

Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. “All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

“A hidden gem in a great location. I couldn’t have asked for more while up in London working. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and peaceful and the owners were on hand if needed but otherwise left you to it. They were very helpful when the internet went down (not their fault! There were works being done in the area) and even removed a rather large spider! Fresh pain au chocolat every day and Nespress coffee machine too. A really brilliant find and I’ll come again as well as recommend to my friends.”

“Found Shipletts on the Richmond tourism website and was a little nervous about not going through something like AirBnB but everything was wonderful. We rented the two bedroom unit by Richmond station for a week. It was spacious and fairly quiet given the location. It was minutes away from the tube/overground and network rail, and close to so many great cafes and shops. We got a comprehensive tour on arrival, and the hosts were nearby in case of any issues. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come ‘home’ at the end of each days adventures.”

“I’m giving this place 5* as I believe the court cafe should be kept open. Many courts no longer have cafes and I think it’s a useful thing to have in a court. However don’t expect very good food! It’s very school dinner canteen. They will do hot drinks though and snacks, cold drinks. The staff are nice enough and there’s places to sit. Probably a lifeline for many people have a hard day in court.”
