Mark the owner is engaging and came to the house and offered great advice. Kept us informed from order to fitting. The product is first class, looks great and has been trouble free. I have used Mark twice and on each occasion I have been over the moon with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Village Shutters, great company, product and service and local too!”

“I’ve lived at Sienna House for almost 4 years and it’s been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The residence managers, Samuel and Mima, have always gone above and beyond to support residents—any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. The building itself is modern, with great amenities including a gym, lounge, coworking spaces, parcel storage, and a fantastic roof terrace. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the train station and Sutton High Street, making commuting and shopping incredibly easy. “Excellent service from Maria (my previous review has gone so apologies if her name is not Maria) she was attentive without being over burdening, we had many tasty cocktails and shooters. We had visited as an off the cuff birthday, mainly for the cocktails tbh. The food was nice, the drinks great, the atmosphere amazing, the service excellent. Even when the birthday cake came out, which I hadn't expected. As an impromptu evening it was great and I look forward to returning with a larger group.”

“I've been to this pub a few times at the weekend for the food and also for the entertainment. On Fridays, i have visited with friends, and there has been a karaoke. The guy doing it is great and gets everyone involved. My friends and I have also been on a Saturday and have enjoyed the food and often stay for the disco after. The DJ is great and always tries to fit in song requests. The atmosphere has always been good and the staff are very friendly, it is also great that the pub is dog friendly and the staff are more than happy to get a bowl of water for you when needed which is great.”

“Lovely hotel. Room was well presented and spacious. The en suite was clean and modern. Although we didn't make use of it, it was nice to see the honesty snack selection. The breakfast room was very nice and there was a good selection of food on offer. We did however have to wait quite a while for our cooked breakfast. There was a wedding party staying. Knowing this you would have thought there would have been extra staff on duty. There was only one server, who couldn't have done any more, but could have done with some assistance.”

“This is by far the nicest Chinese I have ever eaten. We went for the buffet. The lady that served us also cooked some of the dishes and was so helpful in showing me everything that was gluten free on the menu. I was blown away with the amount of options I could choose from and she even cooked my dishes using gluten free soya sauce. I have never been so comfortable eating at a Chinese restaurant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We will be back very soon.”

The food and the service is always excellent which is driven by the passion of the owner and delivered by his excellent staff. The atmosphere is always jovial and the staff are always willing to give advice on the dishes that they serve. As a person that entertains clients, I rate the Brasserie as one of the best restaurants in our area and probably one of the best in class.”
