“I can’t thank Mario enough! My 13-year-old cat had never been groomed before, so I was nervous about how he would handle it. Mario was incredibly professional, patient, and gentle—he really took the time to calm him down and make him feel comfortable. You can tell he truly loves and cares about the animals he works with. The grooming was absolutely perfect, and my cat looks amazing. I only wish I had found him sooner. Highly recommend Mario!”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. “Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. “After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. We know that she is well taken care of by Hanna, Mark and Lauren and there is always a wagging tail when the girls hear the car approaching. More recently our younger Joey has joined the pack. It's very important to us knowing the girls are with someone that knows them, and is looking out for them. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot thank Nicola enough for everything she has done for myself and my hound Sherlock. Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. I would happily recommend Premium Pet Care to anyone, and in fact, wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you so much as you have made having a dog and job possible!”

“Holly is an excellent dog walker. She really cares and gets to know all the little quirks and needs of our dog. She is professional, reliable, knowledgeable. Our dog is so excited to see her and comes back happy, with clean paws and ready for a massive snooze! Holly’s walks are varied and lots of time for regulating sniffs and exploring.
