“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“We brought our chow chow Boba in for a groom with Paige. Around the area some other groomers said they won't take chow chows due to them being "aggressive" but Paige happily took our pup in. Paige was the only groomer who gave us accurate advice to leave his puppy coat untouched and only trim once adult coat came in. All other groomers happily said they will cut his puppy coat just to get the money. Paige's service was extremely professional and she will be the only groomer we take our Boba to for his whole life. “Truly exceptional daycare - a game changer for us! K9 Adventures was recommended by our behaviourist as one of the best in the area, and they absolutely live up to that reputation. This is the first daycare where I've felt 100% comfortable and able to truly trust my dog's care. The difference they've made to Jeff is remarkable. He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. The team are incredibly professional with excellent communication and genuinely care about each dog's wellbeing. Without K9 Adventures, I wouldn't be able to meet my work commitments while ensuring Jeff gets the exercise and stimulation he needs. Quality daycare like this is so rare. “Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.”

If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

“First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!”

After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. “There was a live artist performing and we had a meal and music deal. The meal was precooked from the varied menu which aided greatly the speed of service. But there was signs of the food having sat about, it was all freshly cooked and tasty. It was a very good evening with friendly people around to chat to and a Happy atmosphere. The singer was very good too. And all at a remarkable price and value for money.”

“Lottie loves this place ! Having been groomed and washed here since she was a pup Lottie loves Tina and also loves her time spent being washed at barks and bubbles ! Always comes out looking amazing and smelling so fresh. Tina is great with dogs as Lottie is as excitable as they come. I don’t think I could ever use anywhere else. Would recommend to everyone !”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”
