“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. We will absolutely be using Dulverton again, thank you Sarah.”

Lorraine clearly cares a great deal about the animals staying with her and we really appreciated that Lorraine shared a photo of Harley on the Now Boarding Croydon Facebook page while we were on holiday so we could see how he was getting on. “I’ve been taking my rabbit to Scallywags for the past 7 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Recently I noticed something wrong with my rabbits eyes and breathing, so took him to the vet who assured me everything was fine. When I next visited scallywags, karen immediately noticed something wasn’t right and strongly advised me to take him back to the vet as soon as possible. Thanks to her keen observation and genuine care, I did just that and after a referral to a specialist, he was diagnosed with a tumour. I’m so grateful to Karen, her knowledge of rabbits is exceptional and her love for animals shines through. I truly can’t thank Karen and the team enough. Scallywags is a rare gem and I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.”

“Absolutely lovely experience. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”

“This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

“Rashmi, the Duty Manager, has consistently provided outstanding service every time I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“Lovely hotel with nice and modern rooms and so convenient by being located right beside East Croydon Station. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of choices and for everyones tastes. We stayed a few days. Special thanks to Manoj who provided us with an attentive and excellent service.”

“She rebonded my gerbils when they fell out. Not only that, she helped me figure out exactly WHY the falling out happened and taught me how she bonded them so when the time came and one died, I was able to successfully rebind myself”

“Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and quite. There are no hairdryers in the room but reception can provide one if needed. Super close to the train station and major shopping area. Plenty of food options close by. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“Hi… It’s me Clive I would like to sincerely thank manish for his outstanding service at the pharmacy counter on the Christmas holiday .. Despite it being a very busy day and a public holiday. He remained clam, courteous and extremely professional throughout my visit. He was alone on the counter for a while but it took the time to listen carefully , explained everything clearly i had run out of my medicine he show me how you can do emergency or 111 and he helped me a lot.. and handled my request efficiently With a friendly and positive attitude. His dedication a willingness to help truly stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. It is rare to experience such excellent customer service especially on a holiday and manish is real credit to the pharmacy team . “A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”

“I liked this branch because it was big and stocks more than other Coop branches in the area. However when I tried ot visit the other day, the signage had gone and the windows were covered.”

“Used to use the Boots in The Whitgift. Which was a nightmare. I'd get texts telling me to pick up a prescription, arrive and get told "nothing for you", then another text. Rant over. Allcorn's is a totally different proposition. They rely on the locals. They are responsive. Never had a problem with them. Hence the five stars. So support a local business rather than an exercise in Private Equity.”

“Highly recommend! Would definitely return again. I was initially pretty anxious about dropping off our 14 year old cat L who had never been to a cattery before. I did a lot of research beforehand and Farm Cottage had good reviews, so thought I'd give it a go. They welcome visits if you like before you drop your cat off so that you can check out their facilities etc. I didn't do this due to my own time constraints. However, I was pleased when I dropped L off and they allowed me to sit in her pen with her for as long as I liked to get her settled. I brought her favourite blanket and pillow with me so that she had something familiar with too and this was welcomed. They also support cats with conditions. L suffers with cystitis so I gave the Cattery her medication to provide to her during her stay. The Cattery is also located right next door to a vets, so you have that assurance that if there were any issues a vets is just 1 minute away! One of the best things about this place is that they are happy for you to come and visit your cat whenever (during opening hours). When I was enquiring about catteries, some other places said that visits were not allowed! Obviously for peace of mind you want to see how your cat is doing etc. I visited L one weekend and it was lovely to see her in high spirits. Thank you to Dan and the team for looking after L! I'll be sure to return in the future.”
