“I have p@h bear me but I pop into this one sometimes if im passing. Staff are lovely and helpful, its clean and tidy. They offer to help carry heavy items to the car. The little pets in store are well cared for and their environment is always spotless with clean bedding and lits of food and water”

“We had a fantastic stay at the new Hilton Woking. The breakfast was deffinitely a standout and worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. Beautiful views and a spread that truly felt a cut above any other Hilton we’ve tried in the UK. All staff are great, but Evelyn made our mornings extra special with her friendly and attentive service. As Diamond members, we felt valued right away and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a real bonus. The Executive Lounge was also fantastic- comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Can’t recommend this new Hilton enough for anyone visiting the area.”

“Excellent location just outside Woking station. As you would expect the room was clean. I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”

“I had a good experience regarding the purchase of a Wilkinson Sword Pruning Saw and Holster. The staff explained that this would be quicker and more efficient than the folding type. I also purchased a twin pack of Bypass Pruner and Anvil Pruner. The staff asked if I wanted to get the Robert Dyas card. I agreed and got a discount on the total purchase.”

“Booked Hillside Farm Barn for a 2 night stay. Its easy accessible from London but feels like a complete different place! Such a lovely, quiet area and the studio itself is stunning. Personally thought it was larger than expected and everything you need is in there. Nigel and Vicky are very friendly and helpful and staying here had a much more personal touch than any hotel. Planned to venture out on the Saturday but the weather wasn't great so stayed in and binge watched movies instead (the TV has access to netflix, iPlayer, chromecast etc). Can't wait to stay again but for longer as 2 nights flew by!”

“Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! “The cattery at Oak Ride is brilliant! The team are so lovely, they clearly love the animals and care for them amazingly. The first time we took our cat she was quite nervous but the team gave her so much attention that she settled quickly and had a great stay. The team were also great at sending through photos and email updates to us which put our mind at rest. Our cat has now completed two stays at Oak Ride with a third booked for the summer and every time she has come back happy and healthy. Thank you Oak Ride!”

“Pinewood Cattery is spotlessly clean and all cats are well cared for. Sam and her team worked around our recent house move and what seemed like forever changing move dates. Our girls Boo & Willow were well cared for and actually came home friends than sibling rivals. Thank you Pinewood, we will see you again in October.”

They come out happy and cheerful every time, and even go in with tails wagging, which says it all. The staff are kind, professional and caring – truly first-class service. Highly recommended!”

“I cannot recommend the team at dogworldgrooming Horsell enough. Both our dogs absolutely LOVE going there to be pampered and showered with love. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional, our dogs have never been groomed so well. In our opinion this groomers is the best in Woking.”

“From the reception team to the veterinarians my gorgeous Daisy and I were made to feel so welcome. They gave great advice, were so gentle and caring towards my kitten and all round great. The areas were hygienic and I liked the idea of having a separate waiting area for cats and dogs. Thank you Kingswood Vets!”

The atmosphere was lively the evening we were there with live music and a launch of the festive menu. The Inn at Maybury is always a good choice for drinks or dinner. We will be back!”

“Been there at a Friday evening and it was great! Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy! A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden. Bottom line, great pub!”

“Went to chobham Adventure Farm, the food was lovely and very healthy, their were multiple choices of play for example: soft play, large outdoor playpen, sandpit and a bouncy pillow. The animals were adorable and cute. They also had a treasure hunt at the time which in the end, you got a delicious chocolate! Thank you chobham Adventure farm for a great day! Molly age: 10”

“We recently had our wedding at Gorse Hill, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Everything on the day was seamless from start to finish — the communication, the planning process, and especially the day-of coordination. The venue itself is stunning — The grounds, the hotel and the event space were perfect for how we saw our wedding. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. The atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for: romantic, relaxed, and most importantly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Brandon for going above and beyond to make sure every detail on the day was perfect. We truly felt supported every step of the way and were able to enjoy our day completely stress-free. He is the person you want to have on the day to help and guide. “A lovely place with a warm welcome. Some truly historic rooms in a very historic building. Buffet breakfast offered. Lots of interesting and quirky places to sit. Lovely garden. On a busy road. Ten pounds to park but plenty of free places nearby.”

“Thank you to Tom Molloy and his team today. They were under a huge strain in terms of volume of people needing prescriptions by the size of the queue but they were working amazingly efficiently. They helped me with some issues this evening which kept them past closing time but they were professional and polite all the way through, despite the very long day they must have had.”
