“I have always received excellent service at Haria’s but I would really like to commend Atanas for setting me on a chain of events which he initiated after taking my BP reading, followed by a 24 hour monitor with a report to take to my GP. My BP does not require medication at this point but my GP recommended an Eye Test. The Optician in turn supplied a report when referred to see an Ophthalmologist. Two cataracts have to be removed but most importantly an early diagnosis of Glaucoma means that most importantly it can be treated more effectively for which I am extremely grateful.”

“Des extracted a whole cotton bud tip from way inside my ear this morning, what a relief after 4 days of hardly being able to hear in my left ear. I called up yesterday to book an appointment and Des was very accommodating to fit me in today. The procedure was completely pain free despite the cotton bud being stuck way down inside my ear. Des is very friendly and polite and the consulting room is very clean too. The counter staff were excellent too. I would fully recommend Falconwood Pharmacy.”

“An unhurried, professional and considerate approach by Hassan, the pharmacist, made my visit for a flu and Covid vaccine pleasant. He explained how to minimise a stiff arm (relaxed muscles) and reassured me that there was less likelihood of a strong reaction to the vaccines as the Covid one had become more advanced and was not a live vaccine. It was the Pfizer Covid vaccine. The free parking rounded off this altogether relatively enjoyable experience (for a double vaccine!).”
