My dentists appointment was with Dr Priyanka , she was great! she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything very attentive and assuring (i've had previous experience with terrible dentist making you never want to go back) so happy ive found this place :) After the dentist i had to see the hygienist's Teuta, she was great too! nice, friendly not judgy (like past hygienists ive seen) she was not too rough always checking i was ok. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!”

“What an awesome experience. The telephone booking was easy to understand and to arrange. The travel clinic nurse was amazing. She administered the vaccine like a pro. The needle felt like a soft touch, even to a small child. After that, everyone was smiling, not a tear. She was so patient and gentle, and the child was in and out in no time. I can't believe it was over so quickly. We are so grateful for her help. She explained in detail why the vaccine was needed and even other countries that require the same vaccine. The most valuable info she gave was that if we lost the vaccine certification it can be reprinted at any other super drug clinic nationwide for a nominal fee. She explained the payment process and accommodated me when I had to pay cash only.”
