“Had a slight issue with my special delivery package, I immediately called the customer service line and headed down to the sorting office despite it being closed. I ran into a very helpful delivery Driver called Rupert who helped me tirelessly to track my package which was important documents. He was able to get in contact with the driver and have my documents redelivered. I think Rupert deserved recognition and a raise :)”

“I had an issue with insufficient address details on my parcel which unfortunately resulted in “return to sender” stated on my tracking information. I called Royal Mail customer service line and was given advice to attend the sorting office (even though closed to the public until the morning) with the hope of stopping the despatch back to its origin, which was looking likely later on today. With panic, I headed down there to be greeted by a polite and calm gentleman called Raphael. I then was put in touch with Jason who was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in finding my parcel, with the help of Mandy who was also glad to be of assistance, who pulled away from her other work duty at the time. All of them having a smile and cheerful disposition throughout, making me feel I wasn’t a nuisance. My parcel was found, my ID given and I was a very happy and satisfied customer. What wonderful staff at Richmond sorting office. I honestly didn’t hold much hope before arriving, but thankfully was met by such welcoming and helpful people. Thank you so much!….and to the member of staff that pointed me in the right direction to park, but didn’t get his name unfortunately.”

“What beautiful experience. We were arranging my late mother's funeral and just didn't know where to find good florist. We were traveling home, and my father said what a cute shop, so we made plans to visit. The minute we went in we were welcomed warmly, advised and guided, in the flowers for the day, and at that point I decided to make Crimson Rose Florist our family florist due to the vast variety of flowers colours, choices and the personalise service. Everyone who wanted flowers were directed to Crimson Rose and were not disappointed. Thanks to all the staff at Crimson Rose for making my mother's final day special and rememberable.”

“ASR got back to me really quickly regarding my carpets after an early morning text. Cleaned them within a couple of days of enquiry. Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Excellent communication throughout and very trustworthy (left in house on his own for duration of job). Would use again and would recommend.”

“A Modern Gem of a Theatre The Bridge Theatre is a bit out of the way from the Tube, but don't let that stop you. The walk along the river, with views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, is one of the best strolls in London. It's almost worth going just for that! We saw "Guys and Dolls" here - fantastic show, though heads up, it's a long one at nearly 3 hours. We opted for seats rather than the standing "immersive" experience, and I'm glad we did. The seats are super comfy, and I'm not sure I'd have enjoyed running around the rising platforms for that long. But hey, if you're up for an adventure, go for it! The theatre itself is sleek and modern - a refreshing change from some of the older West End venues. The sound and staging were top-notch, and (in my opinion) there wasn't a bad seat in the house. My tips: - Guys and Dolls - Book seats if you want comfort, standing if you're feeling adventurous and allow plenty of time - shows can be long. - Enjoy the walk there - it's part of the experience (so get there early and there are plenty of places to eat and drink before the show). - Check out the bar before the show - great atmosphere I'm already looking forward to catching more shows here. It's not just a theatre, it's a whole evening out in one of London's coolest spots. Definitely worth a visit, even if you're not a regular theatre-goer.”

I had take away from there a few times before and was always pleased with the food quality and taste, for the first time yesterday I ate at the restaurant for my Birthday with a bunch of friends and it was a really lovely evening! Very cosy and intimate atmosphere, food was great and the staff was very nice and patient with us. Big portions and very reasonable price for the quality and for the area. I also appreciated the BYOB, I'm a bit fussy about wine and being able to bring a fancy bottle was an extra value for me. Definitely recommended!”

“It was my birthday meal and everything was perfect. The pork belly bites are like candy that is sticky and melts in your mouth at the same time. My friend has mushrooms on toast to start and they were yummy with the combo of shrooms and that sauce. We then both had burgers - she beef and me chicken and they were excellent. They were very accommodating she didn’t want the bacon on hers but I did. The fries were so good and stayed hot for a long time. I also had an Islay old-fashioned - heavenly. We didn’t have room for dessert but they brought us out a couple of brownie bites and the were divine. I would definitely eat here again.”
