Always happy to offer honest advice and go the extra mile. Even when I moved over to a Tesla (not their favourite!), they were still my go-to for help. I had a charging issue, and Tesla told me to buy a new charger—which I did—but it didn’t fix the problem. Turned out it was the onboard charger, which costs over £1,000 to repair!
