Every staff member was friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaging. We were especially grateful for the unexpected and very helpful early check-in they arranged for us, which made a huge difference to our trip. A special mention and huge thank you must go to Neha, Rev, Shahrul, Aqil, Nashid, Revanth, and Mehmet for their super service. They truly made our visit memorable. ​As an unexpected, delightful surprise, we also received extra cookies as a gift—and they were super good and yummy! “One of the best stores in St Ann’s shopping mall. Very reasonable prices and when “sales” is on the prices are super affordable. The staff are very helpful and assist you with finding the best-fit suit. I would recommend both boys and men who are looking for formal wear or semi-formal wear. “We received good and attentive service by Luca and his team. The flat provided was clean and in a good location and condition. Their referencing process is not too onerous even if your salary is quite modest (unlike most estate agents in London). They were professional and respectful throughout.”

“I had a nice experience visiting this restaurant, I bought a sharing platter for my friends and I tasted it, I would say the taste was great and my friend enjoyed it. It took a while for the food to come out but we were told before hand and that helped with managing our expectations more so we weren’t in a hurry, the lady staff that attended to us came to check on us and ask if we were ok regularly and was warm to chat with. I reckon it’s pricey but not necessarily out of scope for that location. We were the only table as it was quite late, all the same the ambient was great with lovely music. The facilities available was outstanding would recommend and I will be back.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Stag Lodges! It was a surprise trip for the kids and they absolutely loved the accommodation. The lodge was brand new, set in lovely surroundings with everything you could ask for, even marshmallows for toasting and blankets for sitting round the fire. We ordered a breakfast hamper which was delicious! The communication was excellent throughout the booking process and the owner was extremely friendly. Thanks for a 5* experience!”

“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”

“Love this cafe, it's one of my faves in the area. Lovely food and good coffee to match. I came with my one year old daughter and whilst the place is quite small, the staff were incredibly accommodating to set her up in a high chair and were engaging with her throughout our meal, bringing her colouring pads and childrens cutlery. They were also un-phased by all the food and pencils that ended up on the floor! Food was nice, came out hot and quickly. Defo recommend.”

“My son got married here and it was such a nice cosy place, the weather was perfect and the view is beautiful. We took lots of pictures and it was a prefect day for a wedding. Well organised, great choice of drinks and food was OK for vegetarian option. It is a nice small hall prefect for small gatherings, parties.”

“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”

Everything was full of incredible flavor, and the staff were nothing short of amazing. I've been on the hunt for a new, smaller, local Italian spot I can truly love, and the search is finally over! A huge thanks to Maurizio and his fabulous team - I’ll certainly be back very soon!”

“What an amazing hidden gem! The restaurant only seats about 20 people but the food is outstanding. Reminiscent of the rich indulgent food you find in North India. The Amritsari Kulcha was a real standout. As was the Old Delhi butter chicken, chicken lollipops, pani puri and chai. Everything a was amazing so you can’t go wrong!”

Our boat, Viscount, was perfect for our 90 guests and the crew were so helpful with all matters - they made me feel so at ease that I was able to relax and have fun with my guests. Since the event, I have received many positive comments about the party and the venue. Would definitely recommend.”

“Had a lovely experience at Heroica Lounge and Bar, Custom House. We ordered pizza and salad, and both were absolutely delicious fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We sat on the upper deck of the bus, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had such a cozy, festive vibe. The music was spot on and really added to the atmosphere. Overall, a great place for good food, great music, and a unique setting. Would definitely visit again!”

“Went Sunday night and it was quiet inside but the food did not disappoint at all. This will now become my goto Turkish even though I live close to yaprak in eastcote I think this is worth the 20 minute drive for the better food. Price is similar. I thought the seasoning and quality of the meat was better. Next time I am bringing my kids to see what they think but I think they will agree”
