“Great place to hire a venue. I have just organised a Teens party in the Alexandra Hall and everything worked perfectly well. The communication with all parties involved was excellent, and the venue has everything for a great party: large space, as many tables and chairs as you need, a mini kitchenette, enough sockets on the wall and a lift to carry everything to the Hall. We managed to fit in an Inflatable photo booth, a long table for 30, extra tables for activities and a dancing area with a DJ. Definitely a venue that to know about if you are local…or not, as it has easy access from the A4 and the A316.”

“True gem! It’s hard to find places now days that don’t compromise quality for profit margins. Came here for the medi breakfast and also ordered the shaksuka. Ingredients were so fresh and great quality. Staff were so welcoming and attentive. Will be my regular spot for me going forward.”

“Small intimate theatres. So unique in that u can order from the main menus and have real food bought into u at ur seat. We had a mixed platter but others had pizza or hot drinks. Very cool experience!”

“A classic cafe, I'm not from London and it's exactly how cafés used to be. You would say its a greasy spoon with decent food. I had the number 2 breakfast, swapping chips for bubble. The bubble was amazing, creamy and very buttery, it's not something that we can get in Wales. I would recommend this place as its very reasonable as well. Staff were friendly”

“This is a charming theatre that consistently puts on excellent amateur productions. The cost of a seat is a fraction of a West End alternative and the seats are much more comfortable than the majority in the West End. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I discovered this gem of a theatre over 8 years ago and have seen the majority of the shows that have been staged since then. All the shows I have seen have been good but some have been quite stunning and are a real credit to all those involved.”

“Had a lovely experience at Heroica Lounge and Bar, Custom House. We ordered pizza and salad, and both were absolutely delicious fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We sat on the upper deck of the bus, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had such a cozy, festive vibe. The music was spot on and really added to the atmosphere. Overall, a great place for good food, great music, and a unique setting. Would definitely visit again!”

“We have family who lives in London and have visited at least 10 times over the past 10 years and have eaten at a great many restaurants and pubs. The meal we had tonight at The Windsor Castle was the best we have had in London. The cauliflower and chicken appetizers were both done gluten free to accommodate my daughter and were outstanding. My wife's fish and chips were perfectly crispy outside and moist inside and my lamb rump roast and all 4 sides could have been from a fine dining restaurant costing more than twice as much. I will be telling our family about it and would highly recommend it.”

Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. “Went Sunday night and it was quiet inside but the food did not disappoint at all. This will now become my goto Turkish even though I live close to yaprak in eastcote I think this is worth the 20 minute drive for the better food. Price is similar. I thought the seasoning and quality of the meat was better. Next time I am bringing my kids to see what they think but I think they will agree”

“We had an enjoyable evening at Roux at Skindles. The staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. The atmosphere was a bit too ‘Canteeny’ for us for a Saturday evening, but we still enjoyed the lively and vibrant atmosphere. The food was good all round. I prefer a bit more garlic on my Snails, but the tasty Steak and peppercorn sauce made up for it. Overall, well worth a visit.”

“Best curry in surrey we went this evening and had an amazing meal. Quiet time between Xmas and new year so had the place to ourselves but service was charming and unobtrusive. Had a lovely chat with the owner and his sister, the chef. The food was amazing! Great starters- Tandoori fish, spinach and kebabs but the star was the laal mas which had an incredible sauce with such a depth of flavour! Good value for money, good wine and we have already booked to go back in Jan and take friends. Thank you for a lovely evening! 28th May 2022 We went back this evening for dinner and food and service was fantastic again! Street snacks are amazing and warm and welcoming service.”

“Bar 61 reopened on 25 July under new ownership with a soft launch of a slightly limited menu. Grand opening with full menu is scheduled for 1 August. The tapas menu is now much more authentically Spanish, with tortilla being cooked to order, so you have a choice to order it soft Spanish style. The wine list starts with a much more modest £5 a glass/£20 a bottle price point for the house wines. The loos have been completely rebuilt and are clean and shiny, but are located downstairs, so still not great for accessibility.”

“The Kings Arms is the bench mark for a Sunday Sirloin Roast lunch - I've been sampling Sunday Roast Beef lunches for decades across the UK and the Sunday Roast Beef at The Kings Arm is undoubtedly still the best I've tasted! Their Sunday roast beef was once again excellent. The roast beef was thick cut and cooked to perfection (medium rare), as always, with plenty of vegetables, roast potatoes and a large Yorkshire pudding, (or if you're like me and rather have extra veg instead of the Yorkshire pudding). There's extra gravy, horseradish sauce etc for the taking. They have outdoor seating, but the majority of seating is indoors. The staff are top notch and go out of their way to accommodate you. The interior is quite dark, but the decor is very eclectic, warm and welcoming. It's advisable booking, as they are justifiably popular and very busy.”

“Lovely food here. Nice atmosphere with great food. The beef short rib was very soft and tender, the loaded chips with pulled beef was great and very unique to all others I have tried. The lamb shank roast was great too. The chefs know what they are doing. Its fully halal too, with no alcohol.”

“I had my 37th birthday here. I met with one of the managers beforehand to reserve a space for 40 people. It was a smooth process from start to finish. On the night, it had a very chilled fun vibe and over the course of the night, the music went up but you can still hear what the person next to you was saying! Service was fantastic, the guys at the bar were super attentive and friendly! We had ordered 30 mini-burgers, these were delicious. I couldn't recommend this venue for your birthday or just a casual drink with friends!”
