A lesson for all companies, a phone call is much more beneficial than emails etc. She has certainly made me feel a lot better about the situation. She has restored confidence in her company. She came across as genuine. Some of her staff should follow her example. I therefore am changing my review from 1 to 5. Let's hope I don't regret it. I won't write at the moment anything ,because there are legal proceedings in place,and I don't want too jeopardise them. However giving a company a 1 star, wish it was a minus number, shows that something is seriously wrong. I have no doubt that a good 5 star review will now pop up on their reviews. Of course it won't be a coincidence”

“Used to get my nails done at a different place nearby, but they were very inconsistent with quality. I decided to come here for the first time, and I was extremely pleased. I got full set acrylics with gel paint. The service was superb - everyone was respectful & it was a nice atmosphere. The gentleman treated my hands so well & they kept the acrylics at a very good thickness (the other place I used to go did it way too thin so it’d never last more than 2 weeks!!). The almond shape that I chose was also very regular on each finger. Super pleased. Will continue to come back here unless something drastically changes. Keep up the brilliant work!! ☺️ ——————————- Update 1: Came back for red nails. Again they delivered exactly how I asked, and they took care of my bleeding cuticle so so so well.”

AnE, Majors , AEU and most but not least medical ward 7 , every member of staff was brilliant, thank you sooo much . Comon British people where in the world can you get walk in service like that without having to pay ZILLIONS . Personally I still can’t believe what I’ve been through, the care I’ve had, the world leading skills, tech, consultants it’s just like a fantastic dream and better than any holiday I’ve ver had . We don’t need to put the Great back in Britain we already have it with the NHS . Bloody well done .”

“I do not usually leave reviews. I read some really negative comments below. I wanted to say this has not been our experience at all. Hollybank it’s self is a well maintained building that has just been updated. It’s bright and cheerful. All efforts have been made with consideration all the children’s needs. I have only ever seen the place look very clean and tidy. They even pop my child clothes in the wash if get used during her stay. Which is very helpful and appreciated. All the staff I have found to be warm and friendly. With complete commitment to treating all the children with love and care. The staff are very special people that should be commended for all their hard work. The staff go above and beyond to make each individual child happy. For example when my daughter when stays they get all the food she likes make they buy her favourite food like strawberries. This attention to detail is very heartwarming and means a lot as a parent. I have bumped in to a hollybank member of staff she recognised me and we had a lovely chat about my daughter. In other reviews below Pat the manager has was brought up I have always found her great to go to if I need help or information regarding my child. There are many staff that all deserve a shout out but I am just going to mention Matthew as he got some negative feed back. I believe this is completely unjustified. Matthew is an amazing nurse. He looks after the children with true care and compassion, while being always be professional. I am truly glad someone like him is looking after my child. He is kind, caring and funny my daughter loves him. Although I think she can be a little bit naughty for him, he takes this all in his stride. Especially as he time to get to know her so well. Any time he needs to know or check something about My child he will call me. I personally like him very much and appreciate all his had work. Appreciate all the hollybank and staff. I wish I could show my gratitude to each and every member of staff, they make a huge difference in the lives of families with special needs children. I feel so fortunate to have my child being looked after by such wonderful people.”

“Really impressed with the helpfulness of the guy with the long dark hair who works at Sports Direct Orpington. I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display. These guys are great ambassadors for your brand Sports Direct, and for making sure you make sales! Fantastic service.”
