“I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car. Great service!”

“MY FAVOURITE WAITROSE: WORLD-CLASS STAFF (BUT A PARKING QUEST!) ​What I love most about this particular Weybridge branch is the staff policy. You won't find bored teenagers here who are only interested in their nails or lashes. The team is experienced, mature, and genuinely interested in their customers. ​Why this store is special: ​Expert Advice: Whether it's dietary restrictions, finding a specific ingredient, or cooking tips (especially at the Butcher and Fishmonger corners), they know their stuff. ​Going Above and Beyond: I’ve seen them support customers in ways that have nothing to do with groceries. They just care. ​A Funny Note: Even my 6-year-old is loyal to the team! If I ever get stuck on my shopping list, he immediately rushes off laughing, saying: "Let me ask them, they know everything!" ​A Tip for Newcomers: There are two entrances. If you want the "Quick Check" scanners, they are held at the internal entrance (from the parking), not the High Street entrance. ​To the Management: Huge credit to whoever designed your talent acquisition. By hiring experienced, caring people, you haven’t just run a typical chain store—you’ve built a reliable community place. (Also, please bring back that bench! I heard some nice ladies politely expressing their concern, and honestly, they really need it.) It is also awesome to see you replying to reviews here with sincere attention, not just generic copy-paste answers. ​A Note on Parking (The only downside): The parking might be difficult to find—it is behind the building in a covered garage. The spaces are tiny with very little room to manoeuvre. Not easy access, but we got used to it! Just be prepared to practice your driving skills squeezing between narrow passages—it requires patience. Yours when squeezing and when waiting for others to do the same! Be ready to spend some time parking.”

“Flew in from Sweden to consult with Dr Marshall's clinic, as such a holistic approach is hard to find in Sweden. My first visit was utterly professional, courteous, and approachable. Every step was clearly explained, and Dr Marshall exuded a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. Having returned with a treatment plan, I had reservations due to past negative experiences with dentists. The proposed treatment was complex and carried some risk given my age. Yet, instead of focusing on his clinic's revenue, Dr Marshall took my concerns to heart, acting in my best interest, and referred me to another specialist at a different clinic renowned for such treatments. A truly great practitioner doesn't necessarily have all the answers, but always prioritises the patient's well-being, irrespective of potential business gains. Dr Marshall embodies this ethos. I can wholeheartedly say that with him, you're in safe hands and your dental and overall health will always come first. Some minor feedback: Email communications with the receptionist were occasionally disjointed and not always spot on. However, when raised, Dr Marshall apologised unreservedly and began addressing all emails personally. An outstanding experience from start to finish”

“I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road. What really impressed me was the level of care. The mechanic double-checked everything and thanks to his efficiency, we even made it to the tunnel with minutes to spare. Travelling alone with three kids can be stressful at the best of times, but this experience turned a potential disaster into just a minor hiccup. I couldn’t be more grateful for the swift, professional help we received. I won’t travel without this cover again. Highly recommended.”

“Went here for an mri, lots of parking available I went on a Sunday. Parking is free but u have to park in the spaces allocated to prime - see photos the spaces are clearly labelled the company they are allocated to. Great service from the team that looked after me. I had an mri on my leg & knee & I didn't have to remove my jeans just my jewellery, watch & trainers. Each mri takes 20 mins. They give u head phones to listen to radio station of your choice. I found the mri machine made a bit of noise throughout as expected but not as loud as the nhs mri I had in previous years. I didn't have to wait & was seen straight away. I had 2 x mri's done which took 40 mins & was out & back in car 45 mins after I'd arrived. I was also given a disc copy of my mri afterwards. Great service”
