“We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“It is common knowledge that NHS is on its knees and that an average waiting time for an appointment is couple of weeks. That's why I ended up trying to deal with an insect bite turning nasty at home and kept dismissing family suggestions to get medical attention. Finally on a late afternoon on 28/08/25 I called surgery thinking this was going to be a waste of time. Well, it was amazing experience. Lovely and attentive lady receptionist listened and acted with due care. She directed me to another surgery, booked my appointment, send me location. I was seen by a doctor one hour later, got my prescription, was told where to go to get meds at that late hour. Everyone - reception team at Park Way surgery, reception team at Farley Road surgery, doctor at Farley Road surgery - were amazing. And that's not a word I use often in same sentence as "NHS", sadly. I called next day to thank the reception team. I understand the constraints but I can't help to be impressed by my experience.”

“This review is specifically for Dr Shazia Khan and the reception/admin staff. Dr Khan takes time to listen patiently and explain in a way that a patient understands their problem without feeling judged and dismissed. We all know that doctors have short appointments (10 mins only per patient) so they are very busy throughout the day and they are doing their best to see all patients on time, and like any other human beings they get tired. But when you get a kind and sympathetic doctor like Shazia Khan, at the end of consultation it feels like your problem has been solved rather than feeling guilty for calling the doctor. The reception and admin staff are very helpful as well.”

Always going well out of their way providing the best service, staff are fantastic, delivery drivers are extremely helpful, and even cover over products when dropped of too avoid them getting rained on. Above all extremely fairly priced. Would strongly recommend doing a price comparison on any building products from other suppliers as I have noticed just how much the competition has become more expensive. “I recently completed a course of scaling and root planing treatment with Dr Mish Sachdev at Gentle Dental Care, and I am so glad I finally went ahead with it after putting it off for years. From the initial consultation, Dr Mish was reassuring. The treatment was carried out over two sessions and, thanks to the careful use of local anaesthetic, it was completely pain-free. I was initially worried I would not be able to eat properly afterwards, but the discomfort was very minimal, nothing like having a tooth extracted, and I was back to normal far sooner than expected. I also had some chips to my teeth, which were well taken care of by one of Dr Mish’s colleagues (Dr Ram Laxmikanthan) at the practice. It was great to have everything dealt with in one place, and the team really worked together to resolve all my dental concerns in a holistic and efficient way. I attended four hygienist appointments afterwards, which were very helpful in improving my brushing technique and maintaining the results. My gums feel much healthier and I have noticed fresher breath and less bleeding since. Everyone at the practice, from the reception team to the dental assistants, was warm, professional and supportive. If you are anxious about scaling and root planing, don’t be. “The atmosphere at FILTR was great, the coffee (my oat milk latte) was very smooth and tasty, it is great sustainably sourced coffee. I tried their coconut matcha latte on another occasion and I think they do coffee the best (I felt their was not enough matcha itself in the drink, but this may be personal preference). Seating available inside and outside, which is great to sip your coffee when the sun is out! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, great customer service!”
