They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

I've used most of the barbers in the local area over the years and can honestly say that Male Designs is hands down the best I've experienced. They keep up to date with the latest styles so my son is always well looked after. They also have loads of experience with the classics. They are happy to give advice and suggestions on products and styles which might work for you without trying to push expensive products upon you. My dad used Male Designs for years and when he was no longer able to get there unaided we stopped by with his wheelchair (we hadn't even booked ahead). The team rearranged the shop and moved one of the big chairs out of the way to allow him access with his wheelchair. They all took the time to speak/laugh and joke with him like they always had, I could see how much that meant to him. Also the best beard barber I've ever visited. “I have been visiting M and R barbers for at least 8 years now. Myself and my son have a re-occurring appointment with Raff or one of his skilled barbers. I have found the staff patient and accommodating with regards to my own time keeping and the temperament of my once toddler-aged son. Raff is passionate about his craft and engaging in conversation. I have enjoyed the beverages on offer during my many visits. I find the process almost automated due to the ease of picking a slot on the app and a barber waiting upon our arrival. We have regular haircuts and I have now added a beard trim to the booking. My father-in-law who lives in the north of the country still books in to see Raff during his regular visits(which is a review unto itself) There is always a smile on our faces leaving the barbers due to its relaxing environment and quality haircuts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M and R barbers to anyone in the Guildford area.”
