“I'd ignore all the 1 star reviews from people complaining about parking fines..... The signage is clear enough and I've managed to get my parking fines rescinded easily - this has happened a few times when I've done a massive shop that I didn't complete within the 1.5 hours. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to increase the parking time to 2 hours.... It's in no way a scam, but the system could be better implemented and pick a different partner than Parking Eye - they are ghouls. Now that that is out of the way, I'm rating it a solid 5 stars.... I get twice as many groceries, including quality fresh meat, veg, beer and wine, when compared to Waitrose or Sainsbury's. I reckon I save thousands each year. Clean, efficient, well laid out, friendly and helpful staff and good selection of products coupled with the value makes it very easy to recommend.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Imperial pharmacy have come to the rescue on a number of occasions when my local pharmacy have been unable to obtain certain medications. Other reviews have mentioned long wait times, and whilst I have experienced this a few times , it honestly is not any different to where I normally go. I would recommend this pharmacy.”

“Been going to Esquires since November 2021 and since last May it has become one of my regular places to sit, eat and enjoy coffee with my daughter. I always go there if meeting friends also. The staff have always been friendly towards us as if they didn't I wouldn't keep going there. No complaints from friends of mine who also visited there. It is a place where I can go, feel relaxed and I understand the pressure they get when in their busy times. They do not have much time to communicate and get tired/stressed easily especially due to lack of staff at the moment.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied. I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left. I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etc Her actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“After a nightmare buying a bed online from another retailer I popped into the shop to take a look and was greeted by such great independent service. Great to support local business and I received top notch service throughout. They came and made the bed all in good time and it looks great.”

“Great shop. Has its own parking which is a must in East London. The prices are good and there are plenty of staff to help. There is normally always offers in these types of shops in east london. This particular time it was fish that was very good price. It is difficult to get Balacsong hutki chuntney but this place had it. Also had to get bodak noodles for the kids.”

“When choosing shutters I shopped around. I settled on Cheam Village Shutters as they were a local company, friendly and competetively priced. Friends and neighbours had also used them. Mark the owner is engaging and came to the house and offered great advice. Kept us informed from order to fitting. The product is first class, looks great and has been trouble free. I have used Mark twice and on each occasion I have been over the moon with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Village Shutters, great company, product and service and local too!”

“Probably one of the cheapest places to get a hand car wash. £15 for outside only of an SUV. It used to be £12!!! It’s definitely not the prettiest or cleanest service station but it does the job. Highly recommend. Especially over automatic car washes that run the risk of scratching your car.”

“They are really kind and friendly! I usually go in and get a gel French tip on my natural nails cost about £25 lasts a good while. They have all the natural coloured base gels you could ever want! The base colour I use is 881 DND GEL. Very brown girl friendly. Check out the whole dnd sheer collection, they even test it out for you to make sure it’s perfect! I haven’t tried a design with them but French tip is fab! (By the way the image I posted is about a week and half after I got them done (mg nails grown super fast)!”
