The staff were kind, attentive and respectful, which meant a lot to our family on such a difficult day. But out of 100 people who shopped on sane days as I, had sane opinion, lovely store,but let down by cold ,unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. A smile costs nothing,please and thanks go a long way to improve service, but this hasn't changed on any occasion I've visited. Shame the staff don't like serving customers, don't smile or speak, may as well become AI store in that department, but great selection of goods is its only saving grace . Common deceny is a nice touch in ANY business. Thank you”
